CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Swing by the lobby gift shop for beach supplies, cold drinks, and snacks then head out to the newly renovated outdoor pool. Take advantage of seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and outdoor tiki bar. Truly unwind in the indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Maintain your workout regime in the fitness facility housing both cardio and strength training equipment and be sure and grab complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, so keep us in mind when booking receptions, reunions, and professional events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1010 is a spacious, fully loaded one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Get cozy in this inviting retreat ready to welcome you with open arms right upon entrance! The fully appointed kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space, ideal for food preparation and serving hors devours, tropical drinks, and three-course meals. The whole crew can enjoy a movie or game on the flat-screen TV in the living room or catch a one-of-a-kind Florida sunset on the private balcony! Sleeping options are plentiful with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, and a king-sized bed in the private master suite, with a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.

There’s no shortage of things to do in Destin and our centrally located resort is right in the middle of everything. From pontoon boat rentals to afternoon shopping, to local eateries, it’s all just minutes from property!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
