HostnFly offers you this beautiful 50 m² house with garden for your stay in La Tranche sur Mer. Sleeping up to 5 people, it's fully equipped and has everything you need for an excellent vacation.
It's ideally located in the city center, close to shops, bars and restaurants, and just 200 m from the beach. Everything is within walking distance.

The property is enclosed, with private parking for 2 cars.


## Logement
This bright house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a 3-seater bunk bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. It also boasts a very pleasant furnished terrace that is much appreciated all year round, with its garden planted with trees and flowers.

Facilities include coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, barbecue and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location, close to the town hall, the tourist office and the beautiful beaches of La Tranche (200 m), La Grière, La Terrière, etc. Nearby you'll find: the pier for a boat trip to Île Ré, the Longeville national forest, the O'Fun and O'Gliss parks, and much more.

Also nearby: cycle paths, footpaths, water excursions, boat and fishing equipment hire, surfing, water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys...

What luck! No need to worry about parking, there are plenty of places to park. Take advantage of the numerous bicycle paths or hiking trails to discover the coast, the Marais Poitevin and the national forest in a different way. La Tranche sur Mer is known for its many renowned spots for surfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Nearby and every day of the week, you can stroll on the morning or night markets and enjoy the animations of the city center.

La Tranche sur Mer en famille

Logement idéalement situé, à qq pas des rues commerçantes et agréables du village. Le marché du mardi est tout près sur la place. La mer est au bout de la rue, et les levers ou couchers de soleil sont une merveille sur la baie. L'accès pour la voiture est un peu périlleux, mais il est bien agréable de se parquer à côté de la maison. La terrasse à l'arrière est très cosy, l'appartement bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un vrai bon séjour, merci Richard pour votre disponibilité à notre arrivée.

Maison très agréable idéalement située, proche à la fois du centre et de la plage. Seul petit bemol le bruit et les odeurs des extracteurs des restaurants voisins.
