Breezy Hilltop, Hart Bay View, only minutes from town

Our hilltop, chocolate hole location provides fantastic ocean views and the southern exposure catches the cooling trade-winds. This one-bedroom private casita has outdoor balconies that lend themselves to tranquil ocean views and amazing sunrises. We are close to town and within walking distance to Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole beach, (rocky beaches great for exploring).

The interior is equipped with a King bed in the main bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room; sleeps up to four (4) persons (preferably no more than 3 adults) but is perfect for a small family (please inquire about any needs for infants or small kids). There is a full kitchen, living room, A/C unit, ceiling fans, and complimentary WiFi. As a courtesy, we also stock the unit with beach towels, chairs, and a soft cooler for your beach-going needs. There is a beautiful pool on the property but is shared with the homeowners, along with limited parking.

Water and power on the island can be hit or miss and we cannot promise that there will be no interruption for services we have no control over. These include, but are not limited to electrical service, internet, water, or telephone connections. We will make every effort to escalate any interrupted service issues so they can be restored as quickly as possible. No refund or adjustment of the rate will be given for unforeseen failures/interruptions of these services.
