The ski-cation of a lifetime awaits at this contemporary lodge-style condo! Enjoy views of the Zephyr Gondola and bunny hill from the living area and bedroom and a prime ski-in/ski-out location. You and your lucky friends will have access to shared outdoor hot tubs perfect for post-skiing relaxation.

Back at home, your condo features a convenient and well-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials needed to prepare terrific meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for easy morning brews. The balcony features two comfortable chairs and is the ideal place to enjoy some fresh mountain air now and then. Additionally, this mountain retreat offers guests the convenience of an on-site ski locker.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Walk straight to the chairlifts and ski school from the building! Winter Park Resort is less than a quarter-mile from the condo, and other base activities are just a short walk away. Pole Creek Golf Club is just over 12 miles through the forest when you need a break from the mountain. Groups with kids (or extra playful adults) will love a detour to Fraser Tubing Hill, less than six miles out from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location for accessing slopes, cute shops nearby and renting gear. Drawbacks: Could not control the radiator heating and we had to frequently open windows to cool off the place so it was comfortable.

Very terrible smell upon entering the unit. Not helpful assistance when I phoned VRBO. I checked out and left early and the process was extremely difficult. I fully expect and hope for a full refund.

This is the perfect spot for a trip to Winter Park! Our stay here was amazing and the space is so convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit Winter Park and be right in the middle of everything!

The location is PERFECT! Literally walk out the front door to the gondola and resort village (restaurants / grocery / shops etc) with everything you need included in the unit. Two hot tubs, lockers, and gym as well. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Such a great, efficient location!

This unit has a great view of the ski area and Gondola! We could walk to all restaurants, shopping and the Main Gondola/Ticket office. It made our family ski trip so much easier to have the convenient location. We parked our car and were able to walk to everything for a couple of days.

Great Locationn

Great place. Second time staying there. Mattress should be replaced and wifi was not working so we used phone service. Everything else was great.

Great location ski in ski out

This property is very clean. Not very well stocked with tp, dishwasher soap, or paper towels. It has free cable, would have liked to have access to other streaming apps (at least ability to log into our own account e.g. Netflix). No noise heard from other rooms, well insulated. We were happy here.

In our guest information, we do let guests know that paper products, supplies, and toiletries will be a starter amount and that due to covid we cannot deliver extras at this time. We apologize for any misunderstanding. We appreciate your feedback about being able to stream on the TV. We are planning to get a router which would connect to the TV. This would allow guests to stream directly to the TV. Guests may also use their devices as a hot spot to stream at this time. We hope you’ll visit again very soon.

Crumbs on coffee table. Dirty washcloth on top of shower curtain. Bathtub not clean. Minor minor issues. Just a heads up for your cleaning service :) thank you for sharing your place. Stunning watching ye village wake up !!

Worst beds ever!

If you want to sink and roll to the middle of the bed this is the place for you! If you want a good nights sleep avoid at all costs. We left a day early just to stay at a Holiday Inn and get a good nights sleep. Lights weren’t all operational and the bathroom had contact lenses and food on the floor.

Great location.ski in ski out.

The unit itself is very nice. Had everything we needed. Location is fantastic in village. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. It took 2 hours for a someone to come and complete the cleaning. Communication was poor during the wait. Our confirmation email didn't clearly identify the unit number so that also took a phone call and we were in the wrong building. There are two buildings next to each other.

Nice place, won’t use Vacasa again.

Property was as advertised, enjoyed the facility. However, I was informed the day of check in that a lost key card would result in $50 charge. That’s completely ridiculous, wouldn’t have booked if I’d known that. I mean it’s me and my son riding bikes in the bike park, there’s always a chance of losing something. $5 maybe, $50 is insane especially when we need key to get into garage to store bikes.
