This bright, yet cozy beachfront home is your portal to serenity. With ocean views from every window you will feel relaxed and recharged. Sip your morning Nespresso coffee as you sit under a plush blanket on a window seat and watch the waves crash on the rocks. Enjoy a cocktail and prepare a meal in the open kitchen equipped with premium appliances as the ocean breeze carries through the house.
Newly renovated decks expand the outdoor experience with outdoor eating spaces and prime sunset viewing! Recently renovated guest bathroom brings a spa-like atmosphere to your stay. The home's prime location is just steps away from Stengel and Ohlson beaches with access to the close-by, private Ohlson pool and tennis center. A Peloton is available in the guest bedroom for your use with your own account.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.

Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway

The home was clean and well-stocked for our Thanksgiving stay. We enjoyed the ocean views and appreciated the heads-up about construction next door (which was not problematic at all). Prompt help when the water heater pilot light went out. All very good service and a fabulous, relaxing place to stay!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful, comfortable, modern vacation home. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed. The family room and kitchen are in one big open room where we spent most of our time. The views from home are amazing and we loved hiking in both directions on the trails running through the Sea Ranch. There was some construction of new homes in the neighborhood but it was not bothersome.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were happy with our stay. Only a couple of negatives, the main one being that we weren't made aware of the construction going on right next door which prevented us from using the outdoor deck (construction workers, sawing, and hammering all day). It would have been nice to have received a head's up or even a discount on the stay for the inconvenience. Our only other issue was the lack of washcloths in the bathrooms. The few that were in the house looked like cleaning rags. Finally (just a couple suggestions) you should include in the listing that the house has a washer and dryer. We could've packed a lot less clothes if the house listing had included the W/D. Also, it would be nice if the house listed the type of coffee maker available. Otherwise, we found the house to be cozy and convenient and hope to return to Sea Ranch regularly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wes rented 3 homes on Wild Iris near the Olson Center for our 10 day family vacation. Two homes were next door to each other and one a little way down the street. All had ocean views and were beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The cousins, ages 15 to 25 were so happy to be able to visit from one home to another---also making good use of pools, mountain bike trails, walks along the bluffs , pickle ball courts and beaches. There is always plenty to do at Sea Ranch--we are a very active family. It was a wonderful family vacation.

Condo is in great location - easy access to the trails, the lodge, and great views of the ocean including from the master bedroom. High quality appliances. There was construction next door. Had unfortunate water issue. Management company quickly responded and moved us to Waveside home which was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: we have rented many homes in the 30 years we have been coming to sea ranch and this home was our favorite. it had everything, great ocean views, high tech appliances but still user friendly. the views are even better than some ocean front houses, nice enclosed yard for our young dog, although the deck was too open for her to be left alone but we had a marvelous time and will return.
