Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo/cottage just a few steps to the beautiful sands of Wells Beach. Fully equipped to make your vacation a relaxing and joyful experience. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two twin beds. Living room offers a full pull out sofa for additional space. Cable and WIFI provided. Fully stocked kitchen should you choose to eat in. Air conditioning to provide cool nights after enjoying a warm summer day at the beach. Close to many great restaurants. A short distance to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Parking for 2 cars onsite so come relax and enjoy a great time on Wells Beach.

We have been coming to Wells for the past 10 years, always trying new places until we find "the one." This may be it! The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. It's close to the beach but off the main road so it's nice and quiet. I loved being able to walk out the front door, enjoy my coffee in the Adirondack chair and listen to the waves in the distance. Check in was simple and Bernie was so kind to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to return next year.

Fall beach

Great time to visit Wells Beach. The cottage met all our needs. We had fun piecing a quilt and enjoying California wine.

Great vacation!

We’ve been going to Wells for many years and this cottage is a great find. The location is fantastic and you everything you need is included. It was very clean, Bernie the owner made everything easy and we would definitely come back.

A week of lobster rolls

We had a lovely time. Being very close to the ocean was exactly what we wanted. Lots to do in the area, great seafood close by, comfy beds....It was a great week.

Great Condo!

We have been coming to Wells for years. This was our first time staying at this location and we couldn't of been happier. The condo was super clean and is in a great location. The beach is a very short walk and so are the shops. Bernie was a gracious host. He provided all the details needed and quickly responded to my last minute questions. A couple other benefits were the beach chairs left for us to use and the hose attached the house made it easy to get sand off the kids and their toys. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Girls Trip get-a-way

This condo is very comfortable and close to beach access. It is very clean and well stocked. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

Location location location!

From the booking with Bernie to the checking in process and planning to the actual stay, everything was an A+. My spouse, two little kids and I enjoyed this cute cottage for so many reasons. It was in a terrific location with a short walk to so many shops, restaurants and the beach. The cottage was immaculate and had everything you can think of that you would need. Bernie checked in right after check in to make sure everything went smoothly and again during the middle of our stay. We can’t say enough about the owners, the property, the location and just how much fun our little family had. We were so sad to have our stay come to an end and head home. We will rent this property again for sure!

Great beach house

The owner was very communicative before and when I stayed at his property. The 2 br beach house was small, but clean. There were no closets in either bedroom and no central ac. Three separate window ac units and one was broken. The front door lock was glitchy and a hassle to use. The internet was slow, but if I sat on the porch it was better. Great to have laundry in closet in living room. Not enough kitchen stuff for us since we like to cook when we rent. We ate at Joshua's restaurant which is fine dining food from their own farm. Excellent experience. Glad we were there during the week because it was getting very busy on the beautiful, wide and soft sandy beach when we left on Sat.

Great Cottage Near the Beach

We enjoyed our stay in Cottage #3. Bernie was an excellent host, responding quickly to any communication. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cottage for a small family

Our stay was excellent. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and to the Beachcomber and other stores at the end of mile road. The cottage was very clean and has all of the necessary amenities. Bernie could not have made the process any easier.

Immaculate, cute house steps from the beach!

We’ve been visiting Wells beach for decades and this is our favorite place to stay! First of all, the house was supper clean and tidy! It had everything we needed and more. Plus it’s steps from a great beach - we could listen to the waves from bed. The owners were wonderful to work with - very friendly, responsive and they truly care about their guests comfort. A few more details on the house. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, nice towels provided and it was nice to have a washer/dryer to wash our beach towels. We loved that there was a little back yard with a fence behind the house where we stored our bikes! The owners have added extra details for comfort and convenience including family games in the living room, beach chairs, boogie boards, a hose out back to wash off sandy feet ( pull/push for on/off) … and I know it sounds silly but there were plenty of hooks for everyone’s towels in the bathroom. They also have a binder with restaurant suggestions and activity ideas - we found our new favorite restaurant in Wells! It’s a very short walk to the Wells Beach shops and Forbes restaurant. We like Forbes for breakfast ( great sausage and potatoes with your eggs) or for an easy lunch or ice cream cone. Only one mile away, there is Cogdon’s ( a breakfast restaurant known for its donuts), a Hannaford, Walgreens, CVS and a Subway. So if you need food or supplies, it’s quick and easy to grab so you don’t miss beach time! We love walking and running along the beach and just playing in the waves but there’s so much more to do! One fun thing to do is rent kayaks and SUPs from Webhannet River Bait and tackle. Also, there’s a little beach by this shop - at low tide go search for hermit crabs. There’s mini golf and go karts nearby too. Ongunquit is only 3 miles away. Check out Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way walk! Ongunquit had lots of cute shops, restaurants and a booming night life. We love that Wells Beach is safe, quiet, residential and family oriented but there are cute towns to explore nearby. We also go to York and Kennebunkport. You can catch a lobster boat ride in Kennebunport or Perkins Cove. If up in Kennebunkport, you can see President Bush’s house. Our favorite lighthouse is Nubble light in cape Neddick. Portland Head Light is in a nice park! Shopping is great in Kittery ( outlets, Kittery trading post) or go to Freeport to see the huge LLBean complex and other outlets. Enjoy!

What a lovely home in a perfect spot!

The house was very clean and had everything you’d need. The beds were very comfy which is rare in rental homes! You are just steps from the beach and within walking distance to the arcade, Forbes restaurant, a play ground, and some shops. You are also a short drive to the local grocery store and anything else you’d want to do. It was perfect and we hope to be back!

Beautiful Place!

Stayed with my friend for a relaxing short getaway, first time to Wells. It was a wonderful location and the property was quiet and beautiful. The condo was clean and Bernie was great through the whole process. Close to many places of interest. Would stay again!

Perfect beach get away

Perfect location ! House was so clean and updated it was comfortable. Safe neighborhood and near by park for the kids/ arcade. Quaint boutique, coffee and sea food . Private beach entrance less than 2 min walk away . Can’t wait to go back next year !
