This charming bungalow, surrounded by an 8,000 m² wooded park, will offer you moments of rest and relaxation during a weekend or a holiday in the countryside. Located 10 minutes from Cognac, it offers an ideal location to enjoy the city while recharging your batteries in a preserved setting in the middle of nature.

The accommodation
The accommodation was completely renovated in the spring of 2022. The terrace still needs to be redone.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 cm.
In the living room, you can turn the sofa into a 140 x 190 cm bed but it will not be as comfortable as the bed (it is more suitable for children).

Traveler access
This accommodations are independent, you will have access to the entire bungalow.

Other remarks
The bungalow is located in the courtyard of our property, an old 18th century Charente mill made of beautiful local stones. It is accessible to our dog, an adorable 40 kg doggie who will most certainly come to ask you for a few caresses because he loves company and new people. Cats are also present on the property.
