The Space:

Managed by Brunswick Vacation Rentals on Ocean Isle Beach!



Discover the perfect blend of convenience and charm with a "Byrd's Eye View" at this exquisite four-bedroom, three-bath beach retreat. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate 12 guests, this haven features two king beds, two queen beds, and a set of full-sized bunk beds.



Nestled in a prime location at Sunset Beach, this home offers easy access to the pier, island shopping, as well as delightful coffee shops and tempting sweet treats. The inviting open-concept main living area boasts ample seating for six at the dining table and an additional four at the kitchen bar.



Step onto the screened-in porch adjacent to the living room, where you're invited to linger and savor moments of tranquility. Whether it's a morning coffee, an afternoon siesta, or a cool evening breeze, this space is designed for relaxation.



For the ultimate panoramic experience, ascend to the rooftop crow's nest, where breathtaking morning sunrises and captivating evening sunsets await, offering a true "Byrd's Eye View" of the surroundings.



Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with ceiling fans and smart TVs, providing free access to live TV and streaming apps with your personal login, ensuring entertainment at your fingertips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rip Tide. The property was very clean when we got there. The housekeepers had already made our bed. The bedrooms were spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. The items downstairs to play with and to use was very nice. The bikes were great. We love this property so much that we have already made a deposit on this house for next year. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We were in Sunset for a half marathon. The house was a great location to the beach and shops. It was a lovely home, very cozy.

Great house in great location

Wonderful experience, just as described, 2 minute walk to the beach, house had everything we needed. All communication with owner was responded to within minutes. We would happily return.

Great vacation house!

The kitchen supplies were good for a large family who like to cook. Had an issue with the grill but the property management was very responsive and sent someone to work on it that same day. A good vacation rental.

Old Favorite, New View

We've been going to Sunset Beach for more than 30 years and it's one of my favorite places on earth ~ it never disappoints. This was our first time staying at Rip Tide ~ it was very spacious and clean and we especially enjoyed the crow's nest, both in the morning for coffee & in the evening for sunset.

Family beach vacation

Pros-The location is great! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for 8 of us. Cons- bathrooms needed better cleaning, chairs in kitchen were dirty, A/C filters and vents were dirty, Porch furniture was dirty and needing new cushions, Windows/French door going out to porch were very dirty.

One of the best vacations yet! Been vacationing sunset beach for 30 years! Great house! So clean!! Loved the location, the eagles nest and the decor! Washer n dryer was awesome! The little ones didn't want to leave :( loved the screened in porch. Actually slept on the couch one early evening. Most comfortable peaceful rest. It was breezy and relaxing. Super cute and cozy. I would suggest a sectional in the living room or an extra couch angled between the dining room and living space.
