Tenn-a-Sea on 30A is a delightful large(2616 square feet) home with 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with two wrap around, multi-level decks providing breathtaking Gulf views. Every room (except one bedroom) presents a view of the water. Tenn-a-Sea on 30A is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive, family friendly, gated community of Sunrise Beach and is less than 80 steps to your private beach.
Tenn-a-Sea on 30A is under new ownership and we have lovingly furnished it as we would our very own home. Twenty-six years ago, our family started renting homes on 30A every year. As a large family who has rented for many years, we are acquainted with what a home needs to be considered well-appointed. And we have done our very best to furnish Tenn-a-Sea in this manner.
The open first floor offers a relaxing main family area with two comfortable sofas and two club chairs, as well a smart tv for streaming, and games. The expansive, well-stocked kitchen was recently updated with all new stainless steel Kitchen Aide appliances and a Keurig, drip coffee maker and tea kettle. The pine dining table allows for plenty of seating for large groups with 6 chairs, a large bench and addition 4 bars stools at the kitchen bar. On the main floor, the beautiful french doors lead to one of the primary bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a king bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle. Upstairs leads to two light and bright airy queen bedrooms. The sun flooded loft provides views of the Gulf and a perfect location for an afternoon nap. In the evenings, it is an ideal spot for the kids to play a game or watch a movie. The views from the upstairs primary room are beyond stunning. Open the windows at night to be lulled to sleep by the crashing waves. Step through the door onto the upper deck and relax on the new outdoor sectional sofa to soak up those breathtaking Gulf sunsets. Enjoy the seating on the lower deck in one of the 6 adirondack chairs, while the chef grills on the charcoal grill next to the rosemary bushes-a chef's dream.
We also provide a cooler, short chairs, sand toys and beach towels. When you return from the beach - please use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand!
For those days when you and the little ones want a break from the sand, you have access to a private community pool, as well as a fitness center, putting green, bocce ball and shuffleboard at the same location-1.5 miles down 30A in The Village of Blue Mountain.
