Vaulted ceilings, marble floors, river views, and an oversized stone wood-burning fireplace — the heart of the house, especially in fall and winter. Firewood provided.

*The Tea House*

Separate structure with its own fireplace and wifi. Perfect as a writing retreat, workspace, or quiet morning coffee spot. Available year-round.

*7 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms*

Each bedroom has its own character. Six of seven include smart televisions. All linens and towels provided. Configuration works for multi-generational families, couples, or wedding parties.

*Gourmet Kitchen*

Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: large refrigerator, freezer, oven, 6-burner gas range, microwave, Nespresso machine, and drip coffee maker. Stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, and dinnerware for 14. Opens to the Great Room.

*Seasonal Pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day)*

Private outdoor pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool heating available for $100/day during pool season.

*What We Provide*

All towels and linens, tea and cooking basics, toilet paper and paper towels, liquid soap at all sinks, house hairdryer, and firewood for the fireplace.

*Guest Access*

Entire house, grounds, and seasonal pool. Ample parking. When not rented, the property is used as a private residence — the barn, pantry, and master suite closet are locked and inaccessible.

Pool: Available Memorial Day–Labor Day only. Heating is $100/day during pool season.
