The property description was accurate. The main bedroom was large with a king sized bed, ample drawer space, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom featured plenty of sleeping spaces for all of our children thanks to the bunk bed with trundle. The kitchen was suitable for cooking simple meals when we weren't out with family. The host graciously heated the hot tub and pool for us, we just had to contact them and request it. Overall, we would stay there again.

Lovely property and super convenient. My family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness was the only issue we had, but would love to stay again in the future.

Everything we needed

The apartment was exactly as listed. It had everything we needed except wash cloths in the main bath. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed a night swim with waterfalls and lights.

Nice property, but not clean

My family was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of our rental in St. George last week. The master bathroom had visibly not been cleaned from the last tenant. The bathroom had hair and soap spots on the countertop and sink and the toilet had urine, fecal, and pubic hair on the bowl and seat. Additionally, the main reason we booked this rental was to use the hot tub, which was out of order. When we arrived there was a note saying that the hot tub needed to be fixed and new parts had been ordered. On the second day our hosts messaged us from Europe that the Phone App to control the hot tub heating was not working. I don't know which one of these is true, but we would not have booked this place if we knew the hot tub was not working. We have enjoyed many Vrbo rentals over the last five years and we have never had such a disappointing and uncomfortable experience before.

Amazing stay

This was the best place we have stayed. There was so much foe our family to do without wvwn having to leave. My kids loved the pool. The rooms were so cool and beds were so comfy. If we are in the area again, we definitely stay again. The owner was friendly and responsive!

Great Stay in St. George

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for our family of four. Way check in, clean and quiet. Met all of our needs and allowed us to have space vs. a hotel room! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent Place

Our family stayed over the weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is quite lovely and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. We highly recommend this location.

Great stay

We came to St George for our 11 year old soccer tournament. Thought we would try VRBO instead of a hotel! Sure glad we did! The space is under near the RV garage so separate from the house. Has its own private entrance. Really lovely space. Rooms were large and spacious. Super clean. Andrew was quick to respond to all questions! Definitely plan on staying here again!

Cute home with wonderful hosts!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and really loved the location because it was so close to the Little Valley fields where many of the games were. The hosts were wonderful! Communication was great and the home itself was perfect for my daughter and i! They kindly informed us we are able to park in the driveway right in front of the casita which was kind of them. Highly recommend!

St. George Getaway

Overall, our experience renting this property was good. I didn’t receive any check-in instructions so we had to knock on the owner’s door. Luckily, he was home and able to show us how to get in. The place is great. It is very spacious, modern, and clean. We had everything we needed, and it was very convenient. They welcomed us with a package of Oreos, which the kids enjoyed. We had some problems with the TV, but the owner was quick to respond and eventually got it working for us. Something to do with battery issues and a loose cord. The hot tub was a nice treat, and we enjoyed it two nights. Due to the pool water running into the hot tub, it got cold at times. The owner even opened the pool for the kids and showed them some fun waterfalls. There were platforms for the kids to jump into the pool. It was cold outside, but the kids were brave and jumped in a few times. My main complaint about this stay is that they were doing some work on the upper level while we were there. The workers weren’t very professional and were outside, smoking, while we were coming in and out, so everything outside smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, on the last morning of our trip, they were playing some very loud music (possibly a Bluetooth headphone mishap), and it woke all of us up. I had to text the owner at 6:45 in the morning. After that, the music turned off, and the owner apologized. I would recommend the contracted work be scheduled when the basement apartment is NOT being rented out. I know this is a brand new listing, and overall, we had a good experience. But there are a few kinks to work out.
