Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

AWESOME

The 2BDR 2BA was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean view from entering the apartment. I appreciated the security to enter the parking garage and also to enter the room. We would stay there again.

Great trip

It ended up being my husband and I as well as 4 21-25 yr olds. We all had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. Pools, hot tubs and lazy river were great after a long day. And the beach was amazing. There’s lounge chairs and hammocks not far from the sand. Overall a great trip and will be back

Spring Break

House was clean and comfy, but seemed to lack some basic supplies. Refrigerator is ungodly noisy, runs way too much, and needs repaired.

Christmas trip

Although the building looks super old the actual apartment was nice. It was the perfect size for me and my family of 6. Everyone had enough room and space. The room also had all the essentials that you would need to cook.

Love The Camelot

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at Camelot many times in the past(since 2002). Stopped staying here a few years ago due to rude employees .Glad to see the customer service has returned to this property. Well done Camelot employees.

Great view of the ocean

The view was great. The place was very clean. The beds didn't sleep The best. Had to call about the king size bed. It was fixed. So our last night was good.

Family weekend

From checkin to the horrible caliber of the staff, to the drugs being done everywhere. We literally were kept awake all night be the smell of marijuana, people fighting/yelling in the breeze ways. It was the most horrible overnight stay ever. The lazy river was like the wild west with teen agers and adolescents running and wrestling. Smaller children didn't stand a chance and frankly it wasn't safe! It was a nightmare!

Very nice condo with great view

We liked the size of the condo and it had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of activities which was great. We could enjoy the beach and walk to places from where we were located. The one thing that was not covered well and why we would not go back here again was the beds. They were pretty hard and not comfortable. They also had cheap frames under them which created issues with the beds staying level and spots that dropped like a sink hole. We pulled our bed off the frame and put the box springs and mattress on the floor which made it a little more comfortable.

Good location but some things need attention

The property looks like the pictures - which is good. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the towels seemed fresh. All the appliances worked with no problems. Two things need to be addressed. The living room furniture is made of cloth and needs to be steam cleaned. The couch felt a little grubby and I covered it with an extra sheet. After so many guests spray won't do it. I also killed what appeared to be a bedbug in the front bedroom. I notified guest services who offered to inspect it right away but it was not a convenient time, so they didn't have the chance to confirm or address it. Having a w/d in the unit was a huge bonus, being there for a couple days, as well as being able to park on the same level as the unit.

Could be better…

Horrible king mattress - squeaky & sunken in the middle; bad mirror on bath door; sliding door too foggy to see out of; no coffee filters, hot pads, DW pods, dish cloth - not even starter packs. There was a small Tide box & 2 Folgers packs. It was decently clean though. Having said this, we were not all that unhappy - but wouldn’t stay there again - mainly the mattress.
