Summary:

This apartment is Located in the famed Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach among the best attractions, shopping, dining and world class golf.

*outdoor pool.

***From Nov 1st through March 31st outside construction project begins in all buildings on the premises with potential daily disruptions. There will be additional monthly discount for long stay renters.***

*Free parking on property with parking pass only.

(Parking pass will wait for you at the apartment).

*washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Free\open WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

* 1 queen bed, 2 single beds 1 pull out sofa *Washer and dryer available.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free with parking tag only.

*NO mailbox for this location.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

It’s close to the center and all main attractions, restaurants, Broadway at the beach, shopping centers, mall, airport.

Ideal location

We loved the location of this condo. It was very quiet and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The condo fit the 4 of us perfectly.

Walked the beach and enjoyed a beautiful sunset! The location was perfect for our needs. Would suggest more than 1 trash bag for a weeks stay. Also would have been helpful to have directions to use TV controls.

We came to Myrtle Beaxh to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. We were not disappointed with our room! It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The access to the beach and close proximy to other activites in the city were also great!! Our host was very accommodating!

Wonderful beach stay. The host was extremely accommodating and responded immediately to requests. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The ac was super cold and kept the apartment so comfortable even though it was 100 outside! The beach was so close and accessible. Parking situation was excellent. We had everything we needed and had such a great time here.

Location, location, location...

The property was clean and just as the pictures showed. The location was great - the shortest walk to the beautiful beach and in the middle of all of the attractions Myrtle beach has to offer. Check in was easy and communcation with host was easy through vrbo app. I would book again.

This "hard to beat" rental is in a beautiful location with private, easy access to the beach. Parking was easy with a pass (Be sure to include unit number and departure date.) Restaurants and recreational activities are within easy driving distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the Skywheel and Barefoot Landing. We loved having a view of the ocean. There was ample storage space. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We would go back!

Was a little disappointed in the condo. Was in need of sprucing up. Beds were very uncomfortable, the rugs needed a good cleaning or replacement. Overall it was ok.

Golf Getaway

Property was in a perfect location for our purposes: golf, golf, golf!! (Annual father-son golf trip). Very clean, but a bit tired and dated . . . older fixtures and beds, etc. Perfectly functional, though, and reasonably comfortable. Across the street from the beach and ocean, which was great. Questions for host were answered relatively quickly, via email. Friendly word of warning: fill in the unit number and departure date on the parking pass!! We grabbed it, hung it on the mirror, and received a towing threat the first night!!
