This is a very comfortable home just 2-3 miles from downtown Payson. It has 2 bedrooms plus a den with a futon so can comfortably sleep 6-7.
Enjoy the beautiful night skies in a back yard which includes a BBQ grill and a fire pit (excluding fire restrictions). Includes internet, TV, stereo, DVD and washer/dryer.

Nice get away

We had a few minor hiccups but all were resolved quickly. The area is very quiet which is what we needed over fourth of July.

Like it says! Nothing fancy!

You get what you pay for. But overall had a good stay. If you mostly just want a place to sleep as you do activities, it's good.

1. There were small ants on the kitchen counter.2. Someone left dirty clothes in the chester drawers.3. The living room furniture and the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.4. The back yard had weeds and the outside patio furniture needs to be replaced

Perfect Cabin for our fam

We love to spend time up in Payson and our favorite area is Mesa Del. Glad we were able to stay in the cabin!

Perfect communication

A hiccup occurred with my kids and ex, Randy helped me handle how we were able to use the cabin accordingly. Thank you again Randy, hopefully we will be able to do a stay again in the future. Nothing fancy, just exactly what we needed.

Had a great stay!

It wasn't fancy as the description indicated but it was very clean and cozy. Beautiful scenic views, very quiet, and a great spot to get away from it all. The host was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed it and hope to stay again soon!

A week away at a Great Price!

My hubby and I came to Payson to fish and kayak at Willow Springs Lake and ended up buying a little cabin so we would have a home away from home! Randy's place had everything we needed and is gently worn and homey! We brought one dog and it was nice because the property was fenced completely. God bless you Randy and we've already recommended your sweet home to others!!

Our overall stay was good. House has everything you would need for your stay and was clean. However, There was some food left in the microwave. No big deal and we would definitely rent again. I would recommend!!

Staycation at Payson

Hubby and I just marked our 5th wedding anniversary and wanted a lil getaway. The weather was perfect the home was perfect for having two babies. We lounged all weekend with a beautiful scenery and enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner at the dining table. We would love to come back

Great Location

Perfect location. Very close to town. Also just a few miles away from some good hiking trails. Clean and it has what you need. Can’t beat the price.

Payson weekend

Property was very nice and well equipped (furniture and TV's). Our only problem was communication via VRBO. No address was listed and Vrbo had issues allowing me to log in. Luckily friendly neighbors got us to the correct house.

Quiet place to get out of the heat

Just a couple of nights at Nuthin’ Fancy. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the volume down on the TV while watching our movie but we aren’t the most tech savvy. It’s an older property and definitely has a few glitches (side door needs replacing and large recliner as well) but overall was a nice place for the price
