SEA SHED on 30A, 2 minute walk to the beach!!

Sea Shed on 30a is a charming cottage located across the street from the turquoise waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach and the wonderful restaurants and shops 30A has to offer.
The beach house has 3 stories and includes 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a table & chairs for eight, plus 4 additional barstools at the kitchen peninsula. The main room has a large sectional and chair for all your guests to relax and visit or you may want to enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch. The house also includes a full-size washer/dryer.

The second floor has the other 3 bedrooms - the master has a king size bed, a desk with 2 monitors and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a king bed in one and a twin over king with a trundle in the other. The Master and the other room with king bed share a balcony that has peek a boo views of the gulf. There is also an additional full bath on this floor.

On the third floor there is a loft area that has views of the gulf and a daybed with trundle.

There are TVs in the main room, each bedroom and in the loft. We also have several board games, puzzles and an arcade game of Golden Tee.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Our home is in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. No parties, no loud music, no pets strictly enforced.
