The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal. There's also a washing machine if you need to do the laundry.

If you wish to dine in, there is a dining table suitable for 4 people and a kitchen counter with bar stools where you can eat your meals.

The cosy bedroom has a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens, a work desk, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities you will need, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

From its many attractions, including the iconic Grande Arche de la Defense, Parvis de la Défense, Espace Grande Arche, Parc de Bécon, Parc des Bruyères, Parc de L'Ile de la Jatte, Fontaine d'Agam, and Bridge of Courbevoie, to its convenient transportation with nearby stations such as Courbevoie (10 minutes walk), Esplanade de La Défense (1.9 km), and Pont de Levallois Bécon (2 km). You'll also find plenty of restaurants and bars, like Polpo Brasserie, Livio, and Le Petit Poucet, and takeaways like Buffalo Grill. Courbevoie is the perfect spot for an enjoyable and memorable stay!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Courbevoie (line L), is just an 8-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
