DECEMBER 2023: Both bathrooms fully renovated, condo was repainted, and new patio furniture.

This beautifully furnished villa will allow you plenty of room for privacy and space to spread out during your stay. With an open floor plan, the first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, half bath, and laundry room with a full capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen area has all of the necessities required to make delicious vacation meals, including a french door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, a full size range and oven, and a microwave; it also has a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! The dining room has plenty of space to enjoy those meals, with a large table that seats six people, and additional seating at the kitchen’s bar. At the end of the day, you can wind down and enjoy your favorite family movies in either the family or living room, both of which are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable seating options for all of your guests. The second and third floors offer three cozy bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, one with a king size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds and a double/double bunk with a built in USB port. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, which includes a king size bed and its own private bathroom!

When you must remain indoors, you’ll have unlimited modes of entertainment with access to a FiberOptic WiFi/Mesh Network, HDTVs in all of the rooms, and a DVD player. If you prefer to be outdoors, you can relax on the back patio on a sofa overlooking a well-maintained courtyard, barbeque a family meal on your private charcoal or gas grill, or take a dip in the complex’s swimming pool located just steps from the back patio. You can also spend the day at the beach, which is only 500 feet from the complex. If you want to be more active, a bike path crosses the front entrance of the villa and offers endless miles of biking, walking, or running, and bike rental is available within two blocks of the unit!

There is also no shortage of activities beyond the villa walls! A short drive can get you to many golf courses, Harbor Town, the Salty Dog, beach activities, antique shops, and an outlet mall. The villa is also conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, a grocery store, liquor store, movie theater, miniature golf courses, and Coligny Plaza.

Place was exactly as described. Older, but clean and a great location. Great pool and a very short walk to the beach. Host was a great and quick communicator. The 250 rental voucher was also very nice. Was able to rent bikes with it. Great trip and highly recommend this place! Thanks.

Great location, affordable family vacation

The bunk bed room would be perfect for kids if two families came together as it has full beds and then also has two single beds. Each bedroom had a tv and box fans which is huge for those needing them to sleep with. The condo rental came with a credit to rent beach gear. We got 4 chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and anchors. We never needed the umbrella but the wagon and chairs were great, delivered and waiting for us when we got there. We rented bikes from Island life which was a street away-our kids loved them. Plenty of bath towels. Fridge has a water dispenser and ice maker too. Beds have foam cushion on top too and we’re so comfy! Great time, location and price!

Looked like a black lab has lived in there for weeks. Just not really clean. Shower had mold and smelled as such. I mean overall the place is nice. I would absolutely stay here again. Just feel it can definitely be cleaner. Reached out to the vacation rental company for a few things. They were super nice and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. The owner of #83 has addressed these issues and more. In October & November of 2023 the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms were both completely remodeled. The 2nd floor bath had been a source of the smell due to a leak which the remodel took care of. Dining room ceiling has also been repaired. The unit was freshly painted throughout and then a thorough "Deep Clean" was performed. The owner also added new patio furniture and also purchased a new dryer. The unit looks fantastic and I hope you will consider returning in 2024.

1st time to HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros-Location, Pool area, Free Bike rental plus the villa was tastefully decorated. Cons-Dirty throw rugs, visible dirt under furniture, Service area had garbage thrown everywhere, a leak came down from 2nd floor bathroom through dining area ceiling, 3rd floor bedroom is like a sauna and made sleeping miserable. Lack of cooking pans and pots. After calling the company in regards to the leak, I was a bit disappointed with the response and that they didn't offer to bring a bucket or rags to clean it up because none existed in the villa. How about offer something for our inconvenience but nope nothing was done or offered. We used a Pot from the kitchen and watched it for over 3 days leak water. Could be a really nice place with proper cleaning and obvious repairs and 3rd floor needs its own AC unit.

Thank you for your taking the time to post a review! We are very sorry that you were disappointed and had some issues with the property. September is towards the tail end of our busy season and many of the properties are in need of a thorough "Deep Clean" to address the the type of cleaning issues you mentioned (dirt under furniture, carpet stains, dusty baseboards, etc.). In October & November of 2023 the owner completely renovated both the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms, had the dining room ceiling repaired from the prior leak, painted the entire condo, performed a "Deep Clean" and purchased new patio furniture. New photos have been taken for the web site and the unit is in great shape. We hope you will consider returning to this wonderful property sometime in the not too distant future.

The baseboards, blinds were dirty. There was dust near the ceilings. Don’t even look under the bathroom vanity or behind furniture. It needs a deep clean and bathrooms need updated. For the price it was not worth it.The beds were extremely comfortable, the 3rd floor was not hot like other units we have stayed in. This unit has beach chairs and boogie boards for the guests. The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a Keurig. There are a lot of beds and great space. I would like to stay here again, but it will have to be deep cleaned first, otherwise I will pick another unit.Seashore was very responsive. We had a lot of issues during the week such as a water main break, no cable or internet and a power outage. Seashore kept us updated.

Thank you for letting us know about the problems you encountered along with the positives you took away from your stay. During the fall of 2023 (October/November) the owner completely renovated the 2nd & 3rd floor bathrooms, repaired the water damaged dining room ceiling and painted the entire condo. Next - a thorough "Deep Clean" was performed. They also purchased a new clothes dryer as well as new patio furniture. We hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

The property needed some work the second floor shower was riddled with mold ,the toilet ran the whole time we were there. A maintenance person come over twice and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. We had to clean the overhead fans because they were disgusting with dirt. We did not want to sleep over them. We had to replace some of the lightbulbs. Two of the toilet seats were loose. We could not get the third-floor TV to work. The doorbell did not work. I would’ve thought your maintenance person would recognize this when he tried to ring the doorbell to fix the toilet & attended to this problem I do think a through maintenance review from a competent maintenance person would be in order. Other than the mentioned problems it was very nice place The office people were very nice and informative. The location was good That is one of the reasons we chose this rental.

We appreciate you reporting these issues now. However, our maintenance staff is unable to resolve issues if you do not report them. Our maintenance technician was only dispatched to fix the toilet as this is the only issue you reported to the office. The toilet had a bad flapper which needed to be replaced. The toilet is an American Standard which requires a special type of flapper. Our maintenance technician went to the hardware store and could not find the exact flapper so he installed one temporarily to try to fix the toilet while he ordered a new one. The special flapper has since been delivered and the toilet has been fixed correctly. As for the rest of the issues, we will make sure to look into these items you mentioned. If you had decided to report the issues such as lightbulbs, loose toilet seats, and the 3rd floor TV to work, our maintenance technicians would have been able to resolve those for you as well. As for the doorbell, there are many doorbells that do not operate at our properties. The doorbells frequently freeze up due to the thick salt air we experience near the coast. The only way to fix the doorbell is to have an electrician come and replace the wiring and the button and we simply do not have the time to replace doorbells during the busy summer months. We are always here to ensure our guests have top tier vacations and are able to send our maintenance or cleaning staff over to resolve any issues that are reported to us. If you choose to stay with us again, please reach out to our office with any and all cleaning and maintenance concerns so we can attempt to remedy them during your stay.

Pleasant Property

The beach is literally a 5 minute walk(I timed it multiple times 😉), and Coligny Plaza is also very walkable. The condo itself is very nicely decorated in all rooms in a beach theme. Beds were super comfy. This unit is three floors, with the main bedroom on the third floor. The stairs are rather steep leading to the 3rd, so the unit might be a challenge for people with physical limitations. The unit was very clean upon arrival, with the exception of the main bath floor rugs(which are white, so easy to identify if they are dirty). I washed then immediately, and they came clean, but unfortunately the dryer was not working(promptly rectified by the management company). The outdoor patio is one of the nicest in this development, but one piece of the outdoor sectional was rusted through and had to be removed(again by the prompt management company)for safety reasons. The unit came equipped with three very nice Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs which was truly convenient. One last note is that the main en suite had an overly long shower curtain suspended froma second rod(placed higher than the built in rod, that still more than hit the floor of the shower, which was kind of sloppy. That bathroom shower should be updated.

The townhouse was very clean and nicely decorated. It is about a 30 second walk to the community swimming pool but we never heard any noise at all from the townhouse. It is 0.3 miles from the beach (5-6 minute walk). Our grandkids ages 7,6 and 4 had no trouble with this. A few people mentioned the third floor master bedroom got hot. It did but we kept the bedroom door shut all the time and this kept the bedroom very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Rental included 5 bikes for the week at virtually no charge! Kitchen well stocked (we love to cook). Beds were very comfortable and complex was very quiet. Pool was relatively warm and so much fun for my kids! Previous renters left us boogie boards to use which was so considerate! The only constructive thing I would ask is to add additional lighting on the upper floor stairs, including landing as it is hard to see in the dark. Otherwise, perfect stay and we would definitely love to return. Thank you for sharing this beautiful townhome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not cleaned to my expectations. The baseboards were very dusty. Both showers looked dirty. There was a musty smell throughout the unit.

Well looked after place with everything you need. The management company is great to work with - very quick response to any issues. We had recommended this condo complex to a friend who also rented here this year.

Wonderful stay

The property is in a great location. It’s across the street and walking distance from the beach. It was clean and nice on the inside and had everything we needed. We cooked almost every night and we weren’t missing anything. It also has a pool only a few steps away. The location of the property is next to Coligny square where good restaurants are and there are many close by playgrounds for children. Highly recommend staying there. We loved it!

Fantastic Stay for a Great Price

Surf Court Villas is one of our favorite places to stay. It has easy access to the beach and is close to shopping, restaurants, bike rentals and more. It easily accommodated our 7 party group and the price was the best I found. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

We loved how spacious the rooms were and the kitchen and living room were perfect size for our family! The pool was right outside of our patio and the beach was just across the street! The rental company is very helpful and does a great job! This condo is central to everything we wanted to do! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We would definitely go back! Miss the beach already! :)
