コンドミニアムでは、開放的なフロアプランが用意されており、全体に風通しの良い軽快な雰囲気が漂います。 ダイニングルームは6席、キッチンバーに追加の座席があります。 キッチンには設備が整っており、食事を調理するのに必要なものがすべて揃っています。 リビングルームはとても快適で、リラックスしてくつろいでいただけます。 マスターベッドルームのキングサイズベッド、セカンドベッドルームはクイーンベッドです。 ゲストベッドルームにはクイーンベッドとダブルベッドに加えて、快適なクイーンソファベッドがあります。

楽しいパティオはくつろぐのに最適な場所です。 サウスカロライナ州の美しいパルメットの木と素敵なライブオークの素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 朝食や素敵な深夜のディナーを楽しめる静かで穏やかな場所。

ノースショアプールは、ドアから歩いてすぐです。この素晴らしいプールにアクセスするためにエレベーターに乗ったり階段を登る必要はありません。 オーシャンサイドシークレストプールもご利用いただけますし、コンドミニアムから歩いてすぐです。

ノースショアプレイスでは、安全なゲート付き地下ガレージをご利用いただけます。 必要に応じて、数分先にはさまざまなレストラン、食料品店、ショッピングがあるため、再び車を使用する必要はありません。 ヒルトンヘッドの壮大なビーチへは徒歩2分です。 ビーチから帰ると、入り口に砂を洗い流すための屋外シャワーがあります。 ドアのすぐ外には、数多くのウォーキングコースや自転車コースがあります。

The house was clean and absolutely stunning!! Perfect location! 3 minute walk to beach - with chair rentals available (but down far enough to be away from the huge congestion) and shops were literally right across the street!! The pool being outside the front door was a huge plus!!! Can’t say enough about this place!! Just perfect!! And secure with gates/underground gated parking!!

Having a hot tub was perfect since the weather was cool in late December. The condo is also perfect- the size, layout, colors, location. And the balcony is huge! Wonderful stay for 4 adults and 1 child. Highly recommend.

Walk to everything, really nice unit!

The location here is great. Walk to restaurants, coffee, grocery store, bars, and the beach. Most evenings, there is lovely live music nearby that drifts up as you watch the sunset from the balcony. You can see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms and the unit is well constructed and so quiet. Communication with property mgmt is very good.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We travel to HHI at least twice a year. We had two infants and four adults. This condo is an excellent location! It is a short walking distance to the beach, and local shops at Coligny. We loved the location directly beside the pool! We loved relaxing on the outside porch rockers. The beds are super comfortable. However, there are multiple updates that are needed to make this an even better rental property. The dryer needs to be updated. It would never dry our clothes or towels! It would take almost 2-3 hours for our laundry to dry. The internet is so slow. A new router is recommended to increase the speed. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. The microwave seems to need a replacement. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we will return. I recommend the owner update all appliances to make the condo an even better rental property!

Perfect Location, Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This review is with mixed feelings. The location of the condo is perfect. If you like the Coligny area of HHI, you can't beat the location of this condo. The condo itself was plenty big for 6 adults and 3 children. Parking was good. The walk to the beach was very short, literally a couple of minutes. But this condo needs some TLC. The floors were dirty, not just sand but leftover food from previous guests. The carpet in the bedrooms had not been swept before we arrived. The ice maker was broken (it was repaired while we were there), and the dryer took hours to dry a standard load of clothes. Also note this condo it next to the pool area - which is great for small kids but not so great at 11:00 p.m.(and later) when people are in the hot tub with no respect to the closing time of 10:00 p.m. for the pool and hot tub. BUT, if the condo were cleaned properly, we would definitely stay here again because the positives outweigh the negatives. Oh, and having a few nice restaurants right across the street so you don't have to drive was also great.

We apologize that the floors were not cleaned properly before your arrival. We have passed your comments regarding the cleaning to our cleaning company. The dryer has been replaced since your stay and the ice maker was also repaired as you mentioned. The owner of 401 stays in her unit quite often and is always making upgrades when she is here. As for the pool closing issue, unfortunately, Seashore Vacations has no control over the pool. We only manage two units at NorthShore and are only able to control what goes on inside those units. For future reference if you choose to stay again, you can contact the regime. Their number is posted near the elevators on each floor. Or, if the noise is unbearable, you can contact Beaufort County Sherriff's Office and submit a noise complaint.

Seashore vacations are great to deal with. 401north shore HH

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo. It was the week of May 20th through May 27. It definitely needs some deep cleaning and in the kitchen the bottom of the cupboards were broke and just laying there. It could use some plastic cups for kids and a little disorganized. The front door needs a latch inside on the top. We have a 19 month old and she was able to open the door. Unable to lock from the inside. Dryer took so long to dry our towels at least 4 cycles of 60 min. One night there were some teenagers at the pool after 10 which didn’t bothere us but they were laying all over each other on the loungers . I went out and said the pool close at 10 and did they stay there and the one said yes but wasn’t sure what villa and one of the girls said 201. There was a disturbing incident but do not want to put on here. I was going to call seashore but they left and did not come back. I was surprised that I never seen any security there or at seacrest. I would definitely still rent through seashore vacations but not sure if I would rent 401. Are stay was pleasant. Just a few things need fixing. Love the location and a plus being by the pool.

Thank you for your review. We have passed your cleaning concerns onto our cleaning company and are looking into the kitchen cabinet issue. We will make sure to do an inventory in 401 and also straighten up the kitchen. The owners of 401 also use their unit a lot and are always making upgrades. The dryer also has been replaced since your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to control or enforce the closing time at the pool or what goes on at the property besides in the two units we manage (401 and 406.) If you stay at NorthShore again in the future, you can contact ASI (the homeowner's association) or Beaufort County Sherrif's office to report incidents as there is no security that patrols SeaCrest or NorthShore. However, people on the pool deck must stay there as the property is gated and the elevators and staircases are guarded by a door code.

My mother-in-law came along with us this time, and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her to have her own space, yet still be close to us. The photos online are great, but this unit is even better in person! All of the beds were comfortable, the wrap around balcony is amazing, and the main door to this unit walks out to the roof top pool. The bright, nautical decor throughout the unit was gorgeous and done with such detail! The island experience is amazing, but staying in this unit made it even better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

There were some broken floor tiles, broken picture frames and gouges in the sheetrock at the bottom of the stairs. The bedrooms with the Queen bed and 2 twin beds could probably use new mattresses. The Queen bed dipped in the middle and the guests kept sliding to the middle of the bed throughout the night. The twin beds were just uncomfortable.

We love that two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs so we can socialize without waking children. The only challenge we’ve had for two year in a row is the dryer. It takes 4 cycles of drying to fully dry clothes. I am hopeful that the owners or management will deal with this issue as we did laundry every day and this was a big problem.
