The sunset on the beach is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo was just perfect. Anything you need to cook or just relax. Ric and Jen communicate very well about the check in process and making sure you are happy with the unit! Thanks for a great week!!!

Beautiful condo with great storage and room to put your stuff. Very comfortable bed! We appreciated the things provided —cooler, chairs and beach chairs! Condo is perfect with private beach access being right across the street! Amazing! We will definitely be back here next year!

Fun Vacay!!!

Great place, cute condo!! It was spacious enough for my family of 5. We enjoyed the short distance walk and private access to the beach. Near two great restaurants! We look forward to coming back!!

Our 1st Trip to Destin

Not receiving the 5th star only has to do with the bad weather. Destin has a great beach and community. Accommodations were perfect, neighbors in Gulfview were very friendly.

Great location, beautifully updated condo

We had a wonderful time here! The condo has been beautifully updated. Right across the street from the beach, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, great family oriented neighborhood. This is our new favorite vacation spot! We will be back soon! Be advised, there are 3 flights of stairs here with no elevator but we managed perfectly!

Home away from Home

This Gulfview unit was like home. The warm colors and set up was inviting and functional. The unit was clean and i liked the fact we were on the top floor. Although, we ate out while in Destin, the unit had ample cookware. It is located in the middle of everything, so we walked to restaurants and to the beach, which is right across street from the condo. Thank you Marto Family for the thought you put into your unit.

Not ideal

The condo and bedsheets were dirty upon arrival, housekeeping did come back to clean more. I had to clean countertops before we could set anything down. Internet went in and out all week. The couch was stained and very dirty. We put a blanket over it to feel comfortable sitting on it. The owners are in the process of listing this condo so their are showings in between stays which is adding to the limited time housekeeping has to clean.

We are very sorry about the housekeeping issues reported by this guest. They are uncommon and have been addressed with housekeeping, who immediately returned to the condo and corrected them. Housekeeping apologized profusely and the guest expressed satisfaction and appreciation for how quickly and professionally we handled the issues. As for the internet, we have not had any issues reported by any guests previously or after this guest. When we were told about the internet, we asked all other owners in our private owner chat and no one was having internet issues in the complex (our internet is part of the HOA, it’s high speed and very reliable). We asked the guest to follow the instructions provided on the check in email and guest told us had been fixed. We are so used to getting five star reviews on our properties and when we don’t, it’s always sad. But, it’s a good reminder to keep working hard, remind the team we rely on of our high standards, and communicate professionally. We appreciate this guest’s feedback and hope they enjoyed their summer vacation and built some great memories!

Great Location!!

The Gulf View was exactly as pictured. The condo was adorable and the perfect size for the two of us. Stocked with everything you may need. The heated pool and hot tub were great! The grounds and pool area are very well kept. We loved talking to the ladies(snow birds) at the pool as there was a group that met every morning. The down side for me. I broke my foot on the first day we were there. I couldnt decide if we should stay or go home. I contacted Valeria to let her know what happen, she offered to help in any way she could. She even told me she would have moved us to her Panama unit, there was an elevator in that building. Unfortunately there was guest that was staying for a month. We decided to stay and I'm very happy we did! I had to laugh and keep a positive attitude given the situation. The only way I could get down the stairs is to hop down using the handrails, as I said, the grounds were well kept and they PAINTED the rails one morning! I laughed and asked my husband if I could just catch a break! The beach access was right across the street, I loved that we could "walk" over. We watched the sunset from the beach, it was gorgeous! I was determined to get on that white sand and used my crutches to do so. Our stay at the Gulf View was one to remember. Thank You for your hospitality! We would Definitely stay again. Sue & Corey

We had an amazing stay! The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean and exactly as we had hoped. Communication with the property owners was amazing too. We will be back! The beach at Gulfview can’t be beat!

Problems

Shower didn’t work. On 3rd floor with no elevator. Furniture was worn. Would stay in different unit if on first or second floor. The property just wasn’t in good shape but the location was perfect.

This condo was so cute and clean. The check in process was super simple. The owners have step by step instructions. The condo was adorable and had plenty of space. The beach was just right across the street, maybe a 3 minute walk. I would highly recommend this condo.

Located within walking distance between Pompano Joe's and Kenny D’s, two of Miramar Beach’s finest dining establishments. Partial balcony view of Gulf of Mexico’s stunning sunsets.
