Perfection!!!

House was very spacious for our family. 5 minutes from beach which was perfect! Neighbors do have No VRBO signs, but we spoke with them and they were very nice as long as you respect the neighbors around you in which we had no issues. But definitely DO N9T let that detour you from staying here because it was absolute perfection!!!

Neighbors has signs on their property to show they don’t want short term rentals in the neighborhood. The property itself is great, safe, clean, spacious, plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Very nice place with great location!

The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room to sleep and had very comfortable beds and furniture. The kids really enjoyed the pool! The location was great- a couple minute drive to the ocean, lots of restaurants and stores around and easy and convenient to go places if you have a vehicle (there were grocery stores/gas station/cvs within walking distance). Justin was great with communication, he got back to us quickly for any questions and was very flexible and easy to work with when our flight was delayed a day. My only complaint is that the neighbors didn’t seem very inviting. They have signs in their yards to not VRBO their neighborhood. They were fine when we saw them outside, but felt a little uncomfortable. Which is no fault to Justin or his amazing property, just something that caught us off guard. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great House, Great Location

The house was in a great neighborhood, close to grocery stores, beach, attractions etc. House and pool were beautiful and made for a nice, relaxing stay. Would definitely reccomend to family and friends =)

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Communication with Justin was quick and clear. The home has a great floor plan for a family.There were 6 of us from 2 months to 75 years. We loved the pool and outdoor space,as well. On July 4th the neighbors put off fireworks We enjoyed gathering in the front yard and felt at home. The fireworks were respectively over by 10. So many good memories!

Spring break with family

Our stay at this property was relaxing and clean! We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the bedrooms were perfect, comfortable and clean. The pool was a lifesaver and great for days we felt like chilling at the house. The drive to the beach was easy and convenient.

Wonderful House-Great Location

This was a wonderful home and neighborhood to stay at. We had 12 in our group. Everyone had a place to sleep. The two bathrooms got busy sometimes but did the trick. Kitchen was a good size for all our needs. The backyard was our favorite spot. Loved laying out in the warm sunshine, boys played football on the perfect grassy yard. We played bean bags. Grilled, great little fire pit. Nice pool just a little chilly. That didn't stop our teenagers. Loved the palm trees around the house. Great location to drive to many beaches and awesome restaurants. They have beach toys and some chairs. Justin took good care of us. Great guy to work with. We all enjoyed our stay. Places to check out: El Pescador Fishing Charter- Awesome husband and wife team, we had a blast with Captain. Joto's Pizza- Very good pizza,and close by. Coastal Cruises St.Pete- We did a sunset cruise,went to a sandbar and bridge light up show. AWESOME!! Enjoy !!! Thank you Justin!!! We would stay again.

Wedding staycation

We stayed here the week we got married. The cleanliness of the property was excellent. This house is amazing! The property is within driving distance to Clearwater beach. There are gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants close by. Again this place was amazing! We will definitely being staying again in the future!

We absolutely loved staying at this place.

The location is perfect. So close to all different types of beaches. Also a very safe/family friendly neighborhood if you're bringing children. The landlord Justin is very quick to respond to any questions. We loved it and will definitely be back!!
