The owners are excellent hosts, they are always aware of what you need. The place is very quiet and safe, it has everything you need to meet your needs, I felt at home.

This place was wonderful! The decor is very cool and the place is very spacious for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store was just next door. The old port was about a 10min walk. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property, close to good shopping and only 5-6 minute walk to the Vieux Port. The owners were very communicative. Air conditioning and facilities were all first rate. Highly recommended!

A perfect apartment in central Marseille. Very comfortable and great decor and facilities. Definately recommend. Anne was so good with communication amd offers of help.

Nicely appointed

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. However, it was quite warm and it is advertised with a/c but no batteries were left in the remote to run it. Check in went smooth and very accommodating with our arrival time.

Very Cool Apartment

The location was very good. The the upstairs was very nicely updated and comfortable, except one sink in the bathroom was falling off the counter. On the first floor the the couch/bed is very uncomfortagle. Very hard survace.

Outstanding Apartment in Prime Location

Great apartment in Marseille, fully renovated with excellent appliances in the highly desirable 2nd district. Short walk to the Old Harbour, with everything it has on offer. Tram line is right out the door and a short walk. Communications between property owner and myself were excellent. The owner has prepared a very useful guide to the apartment and surrounds. Overall, I think my taxi driver summed it up well - "You are at a very good address." He was right.

Logement très agréable, confortable et complet. Idéalement situé (vieux port, le panier, palais longchamps non loin). Parking situé au sous-sol en face de l’immeuble ! Parfait ! Climatisé, décoré et bien équipé. Le livret d’accueil donnée au préalable est super ! Ce fut un plaisir de dormir, très bonne literie également.Le micro bémol étant l’arrivé (pleins de contacts : propriétaire, concierge, agent d’entretien), l’agent d’entretien ne parlant que Anglais, bon courage pour trouver l’appartement

Séjour du 29 juillet au 2 août 2024

Le duplex est un logement très charmant, correspondant aux photos. L'emplacement est top, à même pas 10 minutes à pied du Vieux Port, et très proche du Panier. Aussi très proche d'une station de métro. Très souple pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui est très appréciable . Les bémols : l'ascenseur qui ne commence qu'au 1er étage, la climatisation qui n'est pas suffisante dans la chambre du haut. Il est serait utile également d'avoir un explicatif du fonctionnement de la télé et de la climatisation car les explications données à l'entrée du logement par la conciergerie étant très vagues. Merci de votre message et de votre appréciation! Il est dommage que la télécommande du téléviseur vous ait posé des soucis, pourtant d utilisation basique ! Tout comme il est regrettable que vous n ayez utilisé le climatiseur mobile tres performant. Enfin nous sommes heureux d avoir été accommodants a vos demandes d arrivée plus tot que l heure mentionnée sur le site tout comme votre heure de depart tardive . Cela nous conforte de satisfaire toutes les demandes meme si vous n en faites pas état ! Cordialement.

Marseille proche Panier

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marseille à toute proximité du Panier. L’appartement est tel que décrit avec en prime le calme et la proximité immédiate de tous les commerces, le tram et le métro. La literie est excellente (king size!). Accueil et communication parfaits.

Please be aware of the following: 1- The apartment has a strong sewer odor, terrible 2- You have to go up one floor with your luggage to get to a one-person size elevator 3- There are homeless sleeping downstairs 4- You have to find your own public parking and it is dirty and horrible 5- The air conditioner did not work on the second floor (the bedroom). It was a sauna. 6- Definitely NOT for families or Seniors 7- There is no soap to shower, only used bottles from other guests. 8- I could not get to the apartment the second night because of riots just downstairs in the building. I had to go to another hotel without my luggage. I should have been reimbursed one night due to the hot bedroom the first night and the riots the second night where I could not enter the property. Positives: 1- Renovated and nicely decorated

Magnifique Duplex idéalement situé

Ce duplex est tout simplement magnifique Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et est parfaitement équipé .... rien ne manque on s'y sent comme à la maison De plus il est parfaitement situé en plein cœur de Marseille J'y retournerais avec grand plaisir !!!
