This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

The best parts of our stay were definitely the location and the pool! It’s just a short walk to the beach, and when you’re ready to relax, the pool is a great spot to unwind.A few downsides though — the amenities list mentions a washer and dryer, but they’re actually coin-operated and shared on the property. The host was slow to respond, and I ended up handling a few maintenance issues myself (AC, broken blinds, and a tricky front door). Also, while it’s a studio, the bathroom is very small — just something to be aware of.Overall, once we took care of the needed maintenance, we had a great time thanks to the location and pool!

Beach was great buy the room we stayed was not clean there was dead cockroach in the bathroom, i told management they never came and clean the bathroom, fake plants decorations were dusty and dirty, sofa bed was not comfortable it all, i would not stay there again, plus they discribe the room as a one bedroom condo and is a studio with the bed in the livingroom and the couch theres no separate room so is a studio not a one bedroom condo

Family Summer Vacation

This was a great location and easy access to beach. Overall the accommodations were nice and clean. The only thing I would mention is that the restroom was too small for a family with teen and 20 yr. old kiddos. Great for quick getaway for couple. Next time will get a larger room for the family. Pool access from room was perfect and people were quiet who were at the pool. Don't leave your beach gear on set up on the beach. We were too trusting and our chairs were stolen overnight. We reported to police and frontdesk for future visitors.

We showed up to a room by the pool with a broken blind on the sliding glass door so anyone outside in the pool area could look in on us. There was trash still in the bathroom trash can and a cockroach on the floor in the bedroom. We had arrived at the room for a lare check in and tried to make the best of it at 1:30 am but when we finally layed down for bed and could see the pool area it was a very uncomfortable knowing that we would be sleeping in and people would be able to look in on our privacy. We decided to get a hotel room for the rest of the weekend as the front desk was closed when we arrived. Upon calling the front dest the next morning and speaking with Leslie she said she would speak to the manager who just stepped out. She asked if we would come back if the fixed the blind and did a reclean and i said no as we had already booked a hotel room for the rest of the weekend. She never called me back as she had said she would so i called back again and Leslie answered again and said she had not had a chance to speak with the manager but i would likely not be getting a refund but she would call me back. After again not hearing from her i called a third time and spoke to Roxie who said the manager had gone to lunch but she would have her call me. About 30 minutes later i received a call from Leslie again saying i would not be getting a refund because i had not given them the chance to rectify the situation before i left. She turned out to be the elusive office manager.

Vacation-just the two of us

This condo was very clean and just the right amount of space for my husband and I. We could walk right outside the back door and the pool was right there. The location was excellent! It is right on the beach! I highly recommend this condo. We have already said that we will be back! It was a wonderful vacation for us.

A dune away from beach

Small (especially bathroom) but everything we needed for 4 days with nicely equipped full kitchen. First floor with access to pool from our room was very handy. Lovely pool area and comfortable lounge chairs. Great hot tub. Laundry room just down hall. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the blinds and they sent someone to fix right away. Just 4 miles from town. Would definitely return in the future.

Condo perfect for the 2 of us. Bathroom could have been more roomy. Went into PortA to wildlife preserves and dining,too windy for beaches, but came as an add on before NCAA tourny in San Antonio.

Beautiful location

The room very much looks as pictures. The direct access to the pool was very convienent. The condos also have direct access to the beach which was wonderful for fresh morning walks. It was spring break however this area had many families so it was still appropriate for our family. The town is a short drive away. We loved everything about our stay.Our only recommendation would be to change out the shower curtain when it becomes moldy. We changed it out ourselves. We washed the old one and left it in the closet. Also maybe throwing away the plants in the bathroom as they collect a lot of dust. Also replacing the blinds on the door when missing. Luckily we found extras. Otherwise the kitchen and living/sleeping area were very clean and well maintained. .

Out of the way quite

Nice location that's out of the main town but still close. Less people on this part of the beach. Casa is an old place but kept up nicely. The staff was excellent. Very helpful for anything you needed or answer questions you may have.

A couple of things mentioned to the front desk. Slow bathroom sink drain. Sliding door blinds were NOT acceptable. They kept falling down, the slats kept breaking loose from the top bracket. Slats wouldn’t close so we had the pool light shining in our eyes all night. The generator noise Turning on and off all night making sleep difficult.
