This place is awesome!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful inside and we loved the back deck. So close to everything, it is the ideal location. The hosts were wonderful. I will be back!

I posted the house on my FB page!

The house was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was a beautiful home and within walking distance to the beach. Management was just a message away. Definitely recommended and definitely on the radar to go back!

BEAUTIFUL HOMW ON THE WATER

My family and I were thrilled with this house. It was BEAUTIFULLY decorated and clean, spacious - right on the water with a terrific deck. And it was also stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials - and towels/bedding. And the hosts were super responsive and lovely to interact with. The location is very close for driving/walking or Uber'ing to the AC boardwalk and casinos. I highly recommend this house and certainly plan to revisit.

Birthdays, Superbowl and engagements

The house was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 3 couples. Kitchen was amazing we were able to make beautiful family meals together. We were able to enjoy the deck even in the middle of winter. The ladies sent alot of time in the bathrooms... Hmmm I wonder why. Never thought I could be jealous of a badet at my age...

Great Place with a great host

The check in was smooth and flawless. Any questions were answered within minutes. The property was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything is new and updated with everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family and a great location on a quiet side street. It was centrally located with easy access to all of the old Atlantic City and Ventnor favorites. The owner greeted us and even offered to take us out on his boat. Parking in the driveway was a plus. All around great experience and you won’t be disappointed.

A beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked, the deck wonderful and the antique Foosball table a great joy to our seven year old!

Hi! We are Paul and Ashley, aka The Cozy Couple! We're the husband and wife team behind Cozy Cohost LLC, a full service Short Term Rental Operations Company based in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much, that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from a far and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move to AC and start our business! Now we are hired to help other owners with hosting and operating their properties, and since we live in Atlantic City, we are able to provide our guests with the utmost timely communication and unparalleled service to ensure a wonderful stay! Real estate and hospitality are our livelihood, and every one of our properties and all of our guests are very important to us.

Along with our team, we specialize in creating a cozy, clean, safe and comfortable environment for our guests. All of our properties are designed to provide our guests with a memorable home away from home experience.
