Enjoy modern décor, new appliances, A/C units, private parking, and access to a shared pool (waiver required). Sparkling clean and perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business stays. Only 8 mins to airport and Old San Juan!
This Property is in the ♡ of San Juan’s Food and Art District and was specifically designed to encourage a work-life balance. Comfortable, fully equipped kitchen(s), high-speed wifi and quiet place to escape and relax; for your enjoyment! Please note we charge a one time $5 per person fee for pool maintenace prior to access.
It's an ideal place for anyone looking for a home away from home experience, or looking for an all inclusive short or long term place to live while in Puerto Rico.
Spend the day surfing, beach napping, exploring the city – or just relax in the house and work on the projects you’re passionate about.

We are one of the few Airbnbs in San Juan to include a full-size Power generator and backup water tanks as well as shared onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Shared pool
We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC and Airbnb Standards.
House Rules
-No parties or events
-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-Please No sand in home. use outside shower to rinse.
-Community quiet hours after 10:00 PM - 6am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee
We have a new pool and pool rules - guest must sign or email approval pool waiver before access is allowed.
