generator and backup water tanks.

Smart studio layout with comfy bed, bistro table, kitchenette (fridge, cooktop, basics), Smart TV, and blackout curtains. Beach gear provided.

Your private studio + shared pool, patios, and on-site parking. Self check-in via smart lock.

Other things to note
Quiet hours 10pm–8am; no parties. Registered guests only. Generator + water for reliability. Some stairs. Licensed STR.

Great for solo travel

This stay is ideal for solo travelers, not for couples. The stay was clean, stayed for 5 days. It is close to the beach (3-5 min walk) and close to many restaurants.

Beach City

This review is for the host's El Coqui rental nearby: Our stay at this rental was stellar. The unit was clean, easy to access and in a fantastic location. We walked to the beach each morning and the Loiza nightlife in the evenings. Hector is a welcoming and communicative host. Not only that, he upgraded us to a bigger and more expensive rental at no charge when the app double booked our original listing. I will be seeking his properties specifically my next visit to the island. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet location on a first floor

The convenience of a first floor is that you don't have to be hauling your bags in and out of an elevator and no worries about power shortages and having to walk down 6 or 7 flights of stairs. The owners were great at letting me know what was happening especially since the hurricane had just hit Got a chance to meet Hector the owner while he and his team were working on finishing up a few minor fixes. Apartment 5, where I stayed was maybe the smallest of all units, but with abundant face, nice kitchen, comfortable sleeping area and nice sized bathroom. Recommend highly this property.

We are one of the few Airbnbs in San Juan to include a full-size Power generator and backup water tanks as well as shared onsite parking. We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC and Airbnb Standards.

The home has independent lockbox access for guest arrivals with 24/7 check in/out anytime. Professionally managed for maximum hospitality.
