Professionally managed to maximize hospitality. There is a lockbox to the right side of the entrance for guest arrivals not meeting host. Access code is provided. To lock the doors when leaving the apartment you must turn handle up to the left while turning key.
We are 2 minute walk to famous Kasalta coffee bakery shop, Minutes away from La Placita de Santurce and 1 block from beachfront sports park (Parque Barbosa ) with Tennis, Basketball court and running track. Numerous eating options on Calle Loiza. 9 minutes from the SJU airport
Calle Mcleary turns into Ashford avenue - Condado strip. Easy uber rides anywhere including 10 minute ride to Old San Juan. 2 minutes to Bus stop and 5 minute uber ride to anywhere in Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado.
We are one of the few in San Juan to include a full-size Power generator and backup water tanks as well as shared onsite parking for 1 vehicle.
We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC Standards.
This stay is ideal for solo travelers, not for couples. The stay was clean, stayed for 5 days. It is close to the beach (3-5 min walk) and close to many restaurants.

Our stay at this rental was stellar. The unit was clean, easy to access and in a fantastic location. We walked to the beach each morning and the Loiza nightlife in the evenings. Hector is a welcoming and
communicative host. Not only that, he upgraded us to a bigger and more expensive rental at no charge when the app double booked our original listing. I will be seeking his properties specifically my next visit to the island. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet location on a first floor
The convenience of a first floor is that you don't have to be hauling your bags in and out of an elevator and no worries about power shortages and having to walk down 6 or 7 flights of stairs.
The owners were great at letting me know what was happening especially since the hurricane had just hit
Got a chance to meet Hector the owner while he and his team were working on finishing up a few minor fixes.
Apartment 5, where I stayed was maybe the smallest of all units, but with abundant face, nice kitchen, comfortable sleeping area and nice sized bathroom.
Recommend highly this property.
