One of the few Airbnbs in San Juan equipped with a full-size power generator, backup water tanks, and guaranteed onsite parking —a rare find! $45 pp/pd for over 4 or additions to the reservation.
The shared pool is available to guests who agree to pool rules via email prior to arrival.
Centrally located—just a 5-minute walk to vibrant Loíza Street’s top dining and 8 minutes to the airport and Old San Juan.
We are fully compliant with the Puerto Rico Tourism Room Tax Law and strictly follow CDC and Airbnb-recommended cleaning protocols for your safety and peace of mind.

-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside shower to rinse
-No noise after 10:00 PM - 6am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee
We have a new pool and pool rules - guest must sign or email approval of pool waiver before access is allowed.
