Great place to stay at the Marina. Close to two great places to eat and if you come by boat it’s so convenient. Will be coming back next year at the same time hopefully

5 nights, 5 memorable days! First of all , the room and the property are just as beautiful as the photos show and other guests have commented about.Day one was spent enjoying the immediate area including the park next door and the boat ramp, riding our bikes through the neighborhood and watching boats navigate the ICW.As they say location, location, location! And this spot is perfect for branching out.. Day 2 was Oak Island, day 3 Southport ,day 4 Wilmington, Fort Fisher, and the Riverwalk and day 5 we took the ferry to Bald Head Island. My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO s and this was one of the best.Thank you nicole for a wonderful place that helped foster many great memories!

Sweet condo with beautiful view of marina.We enjoyed getting take out and eating dinner on the deck while watching the sun set and the boats coming and going. Location was great with 2 good restaurants right on site. It is close to downtown Southport and Oak Island. Quiet neighborhood. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities-hand soap, plenty of paper products, nice coffee cups and wine glasses, Nice TVs and comfy furniture. We loved our time there. We walked down to the water and enjoyed watching the crabs and birds. We were able to park right in front of the condo door each time we returned. The check out procedures were minimal. It was a wonderful weekend thanks to such a wonderful place to stay!

My friend and I stayed for a wedding. The space was as listed, very clean, and easy communication with the host. The rental is located in a quiet community with quick access to Oak Island, or downtown Southport! Would love to come back for a stay again!

It was a beautiful, newly remodeled property with incredible view of the marina. I'd certainly be interested in staying here again the next time in the area.

Great view to enjoy the boats coming and going. It was so nice to have a full bath and a half bath also. Comfy couch. The kitchen had pots and pans although I did not use any of them. It was a good fit for us.

The location of this unit is wonderful! We had sunset and sunrise views from our deck. The marina and intercostal waterway activities are always entertaining and we could walk to two great places to eat! The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding beaches and villages. We will return!

Our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waterfront views were even better than the photos. Communication with the owners was outstanding - every message was answered almost immediately, which made everything seamless. It was our first time exploring Southport and Oak Island, and we were completely charmed by the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would be thrilled to stay here again. A perfect experience from start to finish.
