Gather the family for a SPECIAL beach vacation. Perfect location for a small beach wedding, or family reunion. This great rental includes BOTH "the 5 SeaGals" 2-story home & "the Nest" private cottage, on the same property, with parking for 6 cars. This coastal home(s) offers a private spacious getaway for large groups & "first row" location just 50 steps across Ocean Blvd. to the perfect sands of Crescent Beach. Enjoy grilling with either gas or charcoal grills, provided. When beachtime is done, enjoy the private pool and outdoor eating areas. ****Beach chairs, umbrellas, abundant sand toys, and boogie boards are also provided.**** Spritz off in the outdoor shower. Combined, both homes sleep 20 guests ( 2 per bed). The owner will also provide a pack-n-play for littles ones, just ask.

This classic beach house features 2 furnished, expansive, front porches, with partial ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee, or rock the afternoon away while enjoying the ocean breezes. The home has been freshly painted, and remodeled, with new vinyl flooring, carpet, new tile baths, vanities, & commodes. Pool is 4 feet deep and 15 feet around

House was exactly what we were looking for in a much needed family vacation. Walk across the street and you’re on the beach. Owners were great people and a delight to work with.

Could ask for a better location, right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Owner of the house is the owner of the realtor company and stays next door. He and his wife stopped by a couple of times while we were out and would ask if there was anything we needed. We would stay here again if available next time we travel to Myrtle Beach!!!

From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, we experienced the best hospitality we’ve ever had. Every detail at this property is designed to ensure a seamless and relaxing vacation. One of the highlights was the well-organized binder provided at check-in, filled with detailed information about the rental. It answered many of the questions we had and made settling in a breeze. If we ever needed anything during our stay, the responses were immediate—truly above and beyond service! This property absolutely deserves more than 10 stars. It had everything we needed to complete our vacation experience. One of the most convenient features was its location directly across the street from the beach. For anyone like me who finds it a hassle to lug beach chairs, coolers, and toys long distances, this place is a dream! Even better, the property provided beach chairs, toys, and floats for us to use, which saved so much space in our vehicle and allowed us to focus on packing just our luggage. The kitchen was another pleasant surprise. It was stocked with high-quality pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery—everything we needed to cook meals with ease. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent mattresses, ensuring a great night’s sleep. All in all, I was extremely impressed with this property and am already looking forward to staying here again in the future. If you’re looking for a perfect beach vacation, this is the place to be!

Check-in was a breeze and located a few blocks from the beach house. The location is perfect! The beach is directly across the street from the house. The owner provided beach chairs, unbrellas and a beach wagon. Usually we have to pack these items when staying at other beach house rentals. We sipped coffee each morning and enjoyed evening cocktails nightly on the large porch. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the second floor porch. The kitchen has everything needed to make family meals and is well-stocked. I Highly recommend this property. The new bathroom is beautiful. We highly recommend renting this house. We plan to return next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for my family. We love to grill and cook for the group and having three kitchens (fully stocked) was a huge plus. For reference - air fryer, kureg, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and all of the pots and pans you will need. The back yard area was great - private, offered shaded areas, lots of seating. Having a pool was awesome. Tons of chairs and beach items are provided. The houses were very clean. Now for the negatives, which are by far outweighed by the positives. No hand towels or wash clothes were provid sure that played a role. We quickly noticed that the upstairs wasn’t cooling well. After a quick look at the windows we realized most of them were open slightly at the top. Once we closed them completely and locked them the AC kept the upstairs cool. One thing to note is that these are separate duplexes and are not connected inside. Which was a plus in our situation and offer more privacy. Beach access is great. It is a straight shot from the house which was good for my elderly parents. The homeowner reached out the morning of our arrival and got a list of our favorite drinks to stock the fridge. Who does that??? What a nice gesture and very unexpected. We bring a large group to this area every year and have paid substantially more for less. Taking the cost into consideration, this is easily the best home for the price we’ve ever rented. We will definitely be back.

The pool gate would not laych. The toilet upstairs was leaking sewer into the bottom bathroom. And after all those problems they still cash my deposit check after I had already paid for insurance. I would not recommend this rental company

It is comfortable for a group, and easy to maintain when cooking and dining. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and grills we were impressed by their availability had we needed them. ODVR is probably the nicest and most accommodating host we have ever worked with, answering our questions and needs during our stay, and maintaining contact even after office hours. Overall, a great experience!

The kids loved it even more then going to the beach. The split level home allowed my brother and his family and my family to vacation together but have private time when needed. Last thing I would like to add is the vacation rental was spotless that is always one of my wife’s biggest concerns when traveling, and they exceeded her expectation !!!

Fantastic 4th of July Family Vaca

Fantastic 4th of July Family Vacation for my family & I. It was a vacation for my parents, siblings & our kids. Everyone had a great time!! We rented the top & bottom. We were within walking distance to the beach & the house was equipped anything we needed at the beach. The pool was nice also for those who didn’t want to go to the beach or a late afternoon swim. The grills were convenient to cook for 10 people. Kitchen had any cooking/dish we needed. Everyone was very comfortable & enjoyed our stay!!

Nice place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location a stones throw from the ocean!
