Free mainland parking and free ferry transportation to Little Gasparilla Island. First come first serve boat slip on mainland and island. Heated pool. No restaurants or stores on the island. There is island pizza delivery and grocery delivery if you choose. Fine dining is not far away on the mainland, along with Publix and Walmart close by. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and grilling. propane or charcoal grill available. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish soap provided. Bath and beach towels are there too. Sand toys, life jackets, floaties, beach chairs, boogy boards and a 6 foot beach umbrella are under the unit for you to use. We have a paddle board and kayak if you want to use them. Couch and sitting chairs underneath the unit to enjoy socializing while grilling or relaxing. The lanai has outdoor seating to relax in the sun with a beautiful gulf view.
