Stately ★ Modern ★ Elegant ★ This listing is one of four in The Tenant House. This completely restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a remote control fireplace, Juliet balcony, original hardwood flooring, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities one could ask for. Located across from the Richmond Visitors Center, it is within walking distance of the downtown area, parks, and EKU. The laundry, an outdoor patio, and recreational area are all shared spaces.

Beautiful unit in a restored older home. Whoever renovated this house did an amazing job! Comfy bed and pillows, nice coffee bar. Very walkable and adorable neighborhood. If we come here for another concert we'll want to stay here again! Thank you.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and have now been in all four of the apartments in the complex. Each one has a very similar layout and quality, but they also have their own unique touches that make them feel a little different. We’ve enjoyed every one of them.We usually visit to spend time with our daughter who attends EKU, and the location is perfect for that. It’s also a great spot for walking to the downtown area for dinner or just getting out and exploring a bit.The owner is always incredibly quick with communication and has been very flexible when we’ve had last-minute changes to our plans, which we really appreciate.We highly, highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again.

Nice Stay!

Property was very nice and my overall stay was fantastic. The parking was a little challenging with a full size truck, but was able to make it work. Definitely would recommend!

Great place for a one-person stay.

I was in Richmond and Berea for work for only one night, and this was perfect for me. I was cozy and comfortable and quiet. Next time I have to come for work I'll book here again!

Always feels like home

Repeat stay

Perfect place for EKU parents or Alumni. Close to campus, always clean and stocked with plenty of supplies for that long weekend. This is our 3rd stay and we’ll be back 2 more times before semester’s end. Enjoy ourselves each time.

Beautiful apartment

This property was so beautiful and yet so comfy! It had everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean and very quiet. Our dog was able to burn off some energy running up and down the hall! Also, the back outdoor space was beautifully maintained and landscaped. We felt like we were at a resort. We’d love to stay here again.
