Summary:

Get the best of both worlds in this 2nd story condo nestled into the Deschutes River while only moments away from downtown! It's the perfect home base for whatever may bring you to Bend. There are 2 queen beds in 2 areas, making it suitable for up to 4 guests! We are sure you'll have all your needs met with the full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, access to the HOA-managed pool and hot tub, and on-site staff available 10:00 AM-7:00 PM daily. Up to two pets are welcome for an additional fee.



The Space:

We've nicknamed this awesome unit "The Mount Bachelor Pad." This condo overlooks the Deschutes River on the edge of downtown and its the perfect home base for your Bend adventures, whether you're here to ski, hike, raft or visit the downtown-area breweries! You're just an 8-10 minute walk into the heart of the city, with countless restaurants, pubs and local boutiques.



It includes 2 queen beds in 2 areas, making it suitable for up to 4! Looking for a night in? Enjoy whipping up great meals in the full kitchen and cozying up by the fireplace! Or take the river trail for a stroll in either direction for beautiful scenes and possibly wildlife right here in town. If you head south on the trail you will walk through Pioneer Park into downtown and eventually reach Drake Park.



This unit is also pet friendly, so bring along up to two furry friends to accompany you on your adventures for a one time fee of $69.00. And don't forget your swimsuits!! We also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub open daily!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Nice family getaway

Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen and great for bringing our dog. The only thing we struggled with was the beds were really firm, even for my husband who likes firm beds. Otherwise everything was great.

Perfect Location and River View

Perfect location and great to stay at a dog friendly property. Also great to have Pioneer Park next door. I can tell that it would be difficult with loud people upstairs. Wouldn't want to be on the ground floor.

Amazing location

Although the property is a little "tired" obvious efforts are being made to maintain guests comfort and enjoyment. The position right on the river is very rare and although the weir is quite loud, it is all part of the experience!

Great location with a view and easy access to the best of Bend

Loved this spot. Very clean. Powerful AC - we were comfortable even though it was close to 100 degrees every day we stayed. Great view of the river. Lots of green space on the property and a big park next door. Nice walking path along the river next to the property takes you right into downtown. Definitely recommend!

Location!

The location of this property is ideal. It is just a few blocks from Old Bend with access to the Deschutes River Trail. Having coffee on the porch looking over the river is a perfect start to the day. I feel the room could be updated a bit as pictures look a little nicer/newer. Attention to cleanliness and having enough bedding for the hide-a-bed would have been nice. However, the kitchen was well stocked. With that being said, I would stay here again!

Weekend in Bend

This location was very convenient and beautiful. The property is well maintained and the park next door is also well cared for. Only a couple of small issues - 1 there was trash left in the hall all weekend. I am not sure if the cleaning crew just forgot it or what. The couch seems a bit dirty. There needs to be some sort of hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothing while showing. Overall a great stay - would book again.

Bare bones, but clean!

I didn’t expect exactly what we saw at the unit - it’s a converted hotel space of 2 adjoining rooms. The beds were comfortable, water pressure is good, items were just old/worn down. Beautiful view out the deck, and great location to downtown. Only complaint is that we did not get check in info until well after check in time (at 6:30p), and only because I messaged to ask for it. Generally speaking, don’t expect anything fancy, but the place is clean and comfortable.

Fun girl getaway

We had a great time in Bend. The river view and proximity to everything was fantastic. There was no bedding for the hideaway in couch. We did a slight surface cleaning when we arrived. Wish the pool/hot tub was open past 9:00. I would recommend this place to others.

Deschutes River Pad

The Mt Bachelor pad was perfect for our active stay in Bend. Loved that it was right on the Deschutes River and conveniently located in walking distance to breweries and restaurants.
