5 min walk to Canyon Lodge and the Village. steps away from the Canyon bus route. Newly remodeled, located at Mountainback with covered parking, a hot tub, and BBQ , great year-round getaway. Sleeps 8 comfortably in this 2-bedroom/2bath. The master bedroom offers a queen and a bunk bed with a Hybrid Memory foam mattress and 55 55-inch Roku TV. Bedroom two has one king bed with Memory Matters and 55 55-inch Roku TV. The Living room features a
double sofa sleeper and 65 65-inch smart LG TV.

The space
The dining area with 6 formal seats. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter. Fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floor, stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. Guests also have easy access to a full shared bathroom in the hallway.

Great condo!

Yas was a great host and the place was perfect for us. Location is just a few minutes walk from the village. The condo had everything we needed. Pretty quiet building as well.

Great Condo

Great condo, close to the bus stop and the village. Well stocked kitchen and underground parking which is a huge plus! The large beds were super hard but the bunks were comfy! Great stay would definitely stay again and recommend!!!!

Lovely condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and tastefully decorated condo. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances for home-cooked meals, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The town trolley stops right outside the condo, too! Owner Yas was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. All and all a fabulous experience!

Great condo in great location

We really liked the condo, it had everything that you need for a week in the mountains. We stayed to small families with 1 kid each and it suited us perfect. The location is close to both village and canyon lodge and have the cars in the garage was awesome due to the cold weather and snowing. Very convenient. The owner was quick to reply to our questions and fixed an issue with thermostat very timely.

Perfect Mammoth getaway

Wonderful condo for family ski trip. Cozy, modern condo. Very clean. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook. Updated unit. Exceeded expectations. Very convenient underground parking. Great location. Especially enjoyed the large living room TV and washer/dryer in unit.. Highly recommend.

There were a few minor problems with the unit but the owner was very responsive to my contacting her about the problems and solutions were identified quickly.

Nice Condo and location. Needs to improve on housekeeping.

Booking and communication was seamless. Condo was in a great location and well stocked. The owner was a pleasure to work with. These are the things that need improvement: Kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. We had to clean counters, floors, toilets. Definitely needs to improve on better housekeeping.

This unit is not just a rental unit, it is our second home and we wish to share it with you. We made it cozy and as comfortable as we can so it feels like home, we hope you feel the same way.

We bought this property because of it's distance to both village and Canyon Lodge. We fell in love with the unit because it didn't have any furniture and we got to decorated the way we like it.
