This was our third time staying at Susanne's Snow Star property. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Susanne is a great host and always checks in to ensure "all is good".

Ideal location between town and lifts

Well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Short walk to River Run base Lodge and also easy access to town. Loved not needing a car for our entire trip. Highly recommend!

6 adults on a long weekend in Ketchum

Very convenient to downtown Ketchum. We walked or biked to everything. We never moved the car!

Great condo and wonderful location!

We loved the 10 minute walk to River Run in one direction and town in the other direction, and the view of Baldy from the balcony was fantastic! The place was comfortable, clean, and well supplied with all the necessities.

Optimal location, nicely appointed

The property is ideally located within walking distance of the River Run base as well as downtown. There is no need to rent a car if staying there. The kitchen is well stocked, so cooking in is very easy. The in-unit washer and dryer is a super helpful on a ski trip. It's not entirely clear from the property description, but there is a hot tub shared by the whole building.

Ski week

We had a wonderful stay in Ketchum. The condo is very clean, comfortable and updated. The kitchen has everything needed for a family stay, including two coffee makers and full size W/D. Parking in the garage is a huge perk. We walked to the River Run ski base every day. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was ideal. Well stocked, There could have been more bathroom towels. The underground and the elevator were much appreciated. We would stay again if it is available.

Unfortunately there is no ski in/ ski out on the River Run side of the mountain. The condo is advertised as a 5 minutes walk to the gondola and the closest complex to the ski lifts. Sorry if you thought otherwise. Thank you for the review and glad you enjoyed your stay.

Convenience to River Run at Sun Valley / Ketchum Idaho

This condo is exactly as advertised. It is very convenient to Sun Valley's "River Run" as well as downtown Ketchum. Spacious, clean, and well appointed, the condo comfortably slept our family of 4 adults (but could sleep up to 8). Three bedrooms: 1K, 1Q, 1Q + 2 twins, provided ample room. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. Our host/owner "Suzanne" was prompt to reply to our original inquiries and was efficient in making the rental process smooth; she even provided a welcome gift during our Christmas week stay. We would definitely seek out this property again on a future visit to the area!

Great location and comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay at Snowstar condo unit #19. We normally seek a ski-in/ski-out condo, but there are literally no ski-in/ski-out condos in all of sun valley. This location could not be beat. We had a 5 min walk to the slopes every day, and left our skis at the slope side storage place by Pete Lane’s. We carried our ski boots to the resort and changed inside river run lodge where everyone just leaves their snow boots for the day. At the end of the day, we enjoyed apres ski with live music at river run lodge. So glad we decided to stay on this side of the mountain. The unit itself was well stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and loved having covered parking. The view was great. Susanne was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo—we’d definitely stay here again. It was even nicer in person than the photos. The kitchen was very nice, everything was very clean, and the covered parking made things easy. The location is ideal: a short walk to the slopes, an easy walk into town, and essentially right across the street from a paved running/biking trail. Susanne was a fantastic host.

First time visit to Sun Valley. We had an enjoyable stay and the condo nicely fit our group of 5 adult women for our annual ski trip. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and there was enough seating in living room for all of us. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed in - we cooked almost every night and had adequate pots/pans etc. The only thing we missed was a box grater, lol. And for the coffee aficionados, there is almost every kind of coffee maker available! Condo was convenient to the ski hill (5-8 min flat walk to River Run), and about 10 min to the grocery store - and a downhill walk to get back home. Close to a bus stop, but we rarely used the bus. We enjoyed using the community hot tub every day (some of the jets didn't work, but that's not the owner's fault). We did not have a car, but the underground parking would be great if you did! We would rent this condo again. Suzanne was responsive and helpful as we prepared for our trip. Thanks for the stay!
