Just 10 mins away from Hood River, this modern condo in Mosier boasts a spectacular view of Columbia River Gorge. Enjoy a comfortable contemporary lodging surrounded by some of the Oregon’s highest mountain peaks with a short drive to a great variety of orchards and wineries. Its perfect for those wanting a getaway from the city life and enjoy a nice & cozy place to relax. The easy access to the mountains and rivers allows to enjoy hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, surfing & kiteboarding etc.

The space:
Its a 772 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the ground level. The place is entirely available to the guest. The apartment has a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo hardwood floor and a private patio with a view of the columbia river gorge. The bathroom is equipped with an advance bidet toilet seat and has basic toiletries. The apartment has two remote controlled A/C units and electric wall heating system. There is a 55 inch Roku Powered Smart TV to use Netflix, prime video or other streaming services.

Guest access:
The entire apartment is available to the guest.

Other things to note:
- No Pets
- The apartment is not child-proof. Parental discretion is advised if staying with infants/toddlers.
- The gym and the pool area with the hot tub is temporarily unavailable to all vacation guests due to safety concerns with Covid- 19.
- The railtrack and I-84 are close by the complex. As a result there may be some noise and vibration occasionally if you are in the living room. However, most of people actually enjoy it. The bedroom is away from the tracks so the noise doesn't reach there.

Our stay here was fantastic! The home comes with everything you need including a designated parking place. We were driving an Expedition and it fit just fine. The views from the patio were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The view is incredible. Traffic noise from the adjacent highway was a bit loud in the LR/kitchen area, but not a problem in the bedroom. Nicely appointed condo. Nice art on walls. Especially liked the painting of couple in front of Parker House, Chicago (owners?)

Perfect Location

The place was very comfortable and the view...perfect. Close to town to walk in and close to the freeway entrance to head back to Hood River. Would certainly stay there again.

What a view/town

The view was amazing of the river and the condo was exactly what we could have wished for. The little town of Mosier is very inviting and warm. Highly recommend this condo as well as the town that surrounds it!

Great Location

I was in the area to do some bicycling. This is a quiet location, close to the Mosier Twin Tunnels trail. Communication with owner went very well.

Winter Weekend

It's a cute spot very close to Hood River - easy to go into town for meals, shopping, groceries, etc. We lucked out with a snowy morning and were able to explore the scenic gorge area/waterfalls in both directions.

Great views and great place!

The place looked exactly how it was on the pictures and the views were spectacular! Even though the interstate and train tracks are right there, unless you say on the patio you could not hear the train, especially at night in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything you would need and the bathroom was very nice too. We would stay here again anytime!

Columbia Sturgeon Fishing

The place was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the view of the river and seeing the trains passing the condo. Condo was super comfortable and had all the needed amenities that made the stay enjoyable. The only down side was that the wood floors squeaked, especially around the bed.

Anniversary trip

We stayed three nights to celebrate our anniversary. The view from the living room and balancing was amazing. It was a short walk to the local coffee shop, taco truck and market. The condo had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in the Columbia River Gorge area!

Great spot!

This condo worked very well for us to explore the Columbia Gorge area. It's a very nice location, and we were not bothered by the highway/railroad noise. As other reviewers mentioned, we didn't even hear it in the bedroom. We found the host to be very accessible and pleasant to deal with.

exactly as advertised

Moodier is very small but we found the location very convenient. we hiked for 2 days and went to Mt Hood. we chose to cook in and had everything we needed. we shopped at the Safeway in Hood River.

Great views

This property was just as pictured. The views are great. You are right on I-84 and right on the railroad tracks, but honestly, neither one bothered us. If you went on the patio it was loud, but inside the house was not bad and it was fun to watch the trains go by. The house seemed to be equipped with everything we needed. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were in town for a family wedding and spent most of our time there. However, if we get back to this area we would not hesitate at all to rent this place again.

This is a modern, comfortable place to stay. I wanted a quiet weekend away and it's exactly what I got. The bed is super comfortable (not too hard, not too soft) and there are some great touches in the place: flowers at the door, water in the fridge, quality bathroom tissue. The passing trains are loud such that you can't hear the tv over them and the highway is much closer than it seems in the image, but neither bothered me. The owner chose blinds that lower from the top so you can create a view that eliminates the highway (brilliant!) and I'm happy with the sound of trains, so no matter. While the train noise does not reach the bedroom, the water heater noise does. The noise would make a lie-in past 9am unlikely, but again, this didn't matter to me as I don't tend to sleep in. I will be back, no doubt!
