House with private pool on a property with fishing ponds and tennis court

Ideally located near Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Chenonceaux, and the Beauval Zoo, La Rotière is a 50-hectare estate. The tennis court, woods, and four fishing ponds (10 hectares of water in total)—including a 6-hectare pond stocked with trophy fish weighing up to 80 kg—are shared by the two lodges: the Lodge de l’Etang and the Lodge de la Sapinière. Catch-and-release fishing is exclusively reserved for guests of the two lodges.
The Lodge de l’Etang can accommodate 8 to 10 people. It features 4 bedrooms, a TV lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people, a game room, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room, and 2 separate restrooms. There’s a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the view of the pond and a gas grill.
In the garden, there’s a play structure with climbing equipment for kids, 2 soccer goals, and plenty of space to play pétanque or Molkky.
Each lodge features its own heated pool and direct access to the large pond.
You can combine your rental with the Lodge de la Sapinière, which allows for exclusive use of the entire estate and accommodates up to 23 guests for €4,500 per week. Weekly rentals are available during school breaks, and weekend rentals (minimum 2 nights) are available the rest of the year.
