Le Soyeux - Superbe canut quai de Saône

Situated on one of the loveliest neighborhoods in Lyon, at a few minutes walk from Vieux Lyon and the Saône river, you will definitely enjoy the calm and comfort of this amazing 48m² Canut apartment with a lovely decoration and space.

It is on the 2nd floor without elevator (spiral staircase).

You will enjoy a great bright living room with 3 high windows, an HD TV and a 140*190 sofa bed, There is also a dining area and a very nice fully equipped kitchen.
Regarding the sleeping area, you will discover a cosy mezzanines with French ceiling including a 160*200 cosy bed (ceiling height 1M50).
You will eventually enjoy a nice modern bathroom with a shower and toilets.
Heating has just been renewed for a maximum comfort sensation.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

The apartment had character, was clean and was very well located on Saone’s riverside, in walkable distance from all Lyon’s sites of interest, including Vieux Lyon, Croix-Rousse and Presqu’ ile.

Memorable

Only comment is that stairs to apartment and stairs to loft are dangerous otherwise very comfortable. Could have better equipment for cooking.

Lyon Riverside

Clean, open plan living, with good kitchen facilities, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs bedroom loft has very little headroom, but main living area is spacious. Would suit a couple quite well, but a stretch for any more.

Unique and curious

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. I felt it was described accurately. I would emphasise accessed via a winding staircase, which I loved, but is definately not for the faint hearted or drunk :) Navigating this with a small suitcase is fine. There are three locks to get into the property, each with different codes, but I saved them on my phone so it wasn't a problem. The door to the apartment required pulling while the electronic lock closed, but no problem when you know how. The mezzanine bed was comfortable. Cant stand up but also no problem if you are aware of this. Stairs to the mezzanine were sturdy, but I always took them with caution as there is no handrail. Great shower. The only downside, was that it was quite dark inside, but it's an old quirky building with lots of history in a great location. Overall, I loved it and the quirkyness, historic feel and location added to our experience of Lyon Thanks
