Experience everything 30a has to offer and make memories at The Bluestem. Centrally located along 30a, this updated ground level condo is the perfect place to get away.

This 3 bed/2 bath end unit is tucked away from the high traffic 30a areas but minutes from everything 30a has to offer. Sleeping 8, the condo has recent updates and screened in porch within walking distance of Point Washington State Forest.

The property is about .3 miles (5 min) walk to public beach access. The property is a family friendly complex featuring large pool and quant pond with pier for turtle watching.

Seagrove Highlands is perfectly located in the middle of 30a. Visit famous Seaside 2 miles to the west or Rosemary Beach 6 miles to the east. Seagrove has several popular restaurants and shopping areas and the only convenience store on 30a!

Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

The owners were very responsive to my questions. The ground floor location on the corner was super convenient. There is plenty of parking at the property and the condo was very nice and well equipped for our stay. I definitely recommend!

Quick Family Beach Trip

Just as description! Beautiful space…..the walk to the beach access isn’t bad but you do have to walk a bit down the beach to get to the public area. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer!

Accessible Condo Close to Everything!

Bluestem on 30A was a great property for our whole family. With a convenient ground floor location, it made it easy to access for everyone in our party. It was a close walk to the beach or a quick drive to some of the areas hot spots; Old FL Fish House, Seaside shopping and Pecan Jacks for ice cream. The unit was pristine and had all the amenities that we could have hoped for during our stay. We will definitely be recommending the Bluestem to our family and friends!

Nice and Spacious Condo in Super Convenient Location

This condo was exactly what we needed. It was cute, clean and spacious. The location was just right. The property managers were quick to respond. I highly recommend.

30A Getaway

Great for the price. Clean minus some hair in the sheets. If the nightly rate was more I would complain that there were not enough basic necessities such as trash bags, tinfoil, ziplock, everyday condiments. They were upfront though as I asked prior. A minor complaint was the tv in the bunk room. Would not stay connected and kept turning off. My only major complaint is the noise from second floor. A really loud group came midway through our stay. Location was great, close to everything, the walk to the beach was pretty easy except if you have a lot of stuff like we did and use a wagon to tote it, there is not ramp at the beach access. It's a lot of stairs. Keep that in mind as well. I will say this is likely on the cleaning crew, the hair in the beds but also there was no hand soap in the master bath. It was empty but they left it there as if we could still use it. The one in the hall bath had a quarter of the bottle left so we did buy hand soap while we were there. All in all it's a good place and we would stay again.
