Great location

Great location to everything. Super easy to get to the beach and back to the pool. The kids loved the double bunk beds. Close to shopping and restaurants. Could walk everywhere.

Darling condo with relaxed, comfortable, elegant decor! Great view of the pool and gulf. Convenient parking, walkable to Rosemary beach and Alys Beach. Thoughtfully appointed with extras: beach chairs, beach towels, soft cooler, etc!

Two weeks of heaven

Amazing condo…newly renovated and super cute. Everything was clean and tidy and felt like we were stepping into a new home. I appreciated the good taste in bedding and furniture too! The patio provides a nice view of the pool and the ocean.

Amazing condo in High Pointe

My family has stayed in almost every building and Amy different condos in high pointe and this by far was our favorite! So many great touches - hooks everywhere to hang suits and towels (huge plus), beach chairs in the closets to use, sand toys to use, and even beach towels if you forgot those. We love high pointe and will be back next year to this condo!

Amazing condo and location!

This was our first time to Rosemary Beach traveling from Virginia. We arrived a little early and the owner was gracious enough to let us in before check in time! The place was wonderful! Super adorable new upgraded place, Very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Highly recommend staying here! We decided not to rent a car and we’re able to taxi easily from airport and then walk or ride bikes everywhere! Great central location!

Great Winter Getaway

This High Pointe Resort condo has recently been beautifully renovated and stylishly redecorated! The condo was immaculate and direct communication with the owner was immediate. Our condo was ideally located on the beach and directly across the street from Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and perfect location

You really can’t go wrong with High Pointe in general! This property owner is the best I’ve ever dealt with on VRBO - very responsive and proactive with info. Really no negatives except there is not any place to put clothes in either bedroom besides hanging up in closet (no dressers or shelves).

Perfect weekend getaway

We enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful condominium. We have been traveling to 30a for several years and this was one of the nicest condominiums we have stayed in. We love High Pointe Resort for convenient access to the beach, Rosemary Beach and Crabby Steves. The check in process was very smooth and the property manager was easy to communicate with and gave us very thorough instructions about the condominium and the area. My only suggestion is replacing the master bedroom pillows however the beds overall we very comfortable. We would definitely stay again

Wonderful! Condo is beautifully and so stylishly redone, sparkling clean and the High Pointe location can’t be beat- on the beach with a gorgeous uncrowded lagoon pool and a casual beachfront eatery on the private walkover. Right next to Rosemary Beach- walk to all the restaurants (and ice cream shops!). We’ve been coming to High Pointe and Rosemary for more than 25 years and this was a perfect stay. Over the past few years, we’ve been increasingly disappointed with the price increases, maintenance issues, general wear and tear and limited options for a group of 3 or 4 at Rosemary Beach cottage rentals as well as the increasingly crowded pools there. Happy to return to High Pointe and this lovely condo. Owner was communicative, easy to work with and left no detail out. Book a stay here and enjoy!!

Wonderful unit

As a former owner of a High Point unit, I was very impressed with the upgrade and renovations they had done to this unit. It was very cozy, very clean and very accommodating. Highpoint to me is the best bargain on the beach because of its location and all the amenities on the property. New Year’s weekend we had rain, sun, and lots of fog. But nothing matters because we’re at the beach

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay for spring break! I was pleasantly surprised that the condo itself and the balcony were more spacious than expected. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spare. My kids especially loved the bunk beds and relaxing in their room after long days at the beach and pool! Everything was extremely clean and the home was very well equipped. The location was fabulous! Walking to the beach was so easy with our little kids, and it was great having the pool and restaurant right there, too. We walked to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach easily throughout the week, as well. We would gladly book this property in the future!

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at Happy Place. The condo is beautifully decorated and recently redone. We always love High Pointe as it is super convenient to so many things by bike or walking. We also LOVE Crabby Steve’s which you walk past on your way to the beach. We eat lunch there everyday that it is open. Back to the condo it was beautiful, comfortable beds, cute bunk beds, very nice master bath. Only thing I would suggest would be a dresser in the bedrooms so we can unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases but otherwise it was perfect!

Beautiful updated condo!

I can’t begin to say how incredible this condo was furnished and decorated! Every little detail was thought of! Beds were super comfortable, TV’s were great, loved the bathroom toiletries, and the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked (even though we went out to eat every meal). If the weather had even been half as great as the condo was, this would’ve been a PERFECT vacation! I can’t wait to come back and stay here when hopefully the sun is shining and the beach and pool are open! Good news, there were dominoes and a puzzle to occupy some indoor time! The beach toys and chairs that were provided were an awesome addition. Great location too!

Wonderful condo!

This is a nicely decorated, updated, immaculate place to stay in a great location on 30A! The owner made check in and out a breeze and was available by text and email if we had a question. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The beach is not nearly as crowded at this resort as it is on the surrounding properties, which we loved! The sunsets from the deck at Crabby Steve’s were breathtaking! The people that work at this resort are continuously cleaning—the grounds are beautiful, pool is gorgeous, and the lobby in the building was cleaned daily. Security guards are present at entrances from the beach and the road. All in all, this place is outstanding and one of the best rentals On 30A we’ve ever stayed in! We hope to rent this unit again very soon!

Cute, Comfortable with a Fantastic Location!

We've stayed on 30A for years and this was our first time staying at High Pointe Resort. The condo was very clean. The bathrooms and furnishings are updated for a beautiful 30A beachy feel. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen has all the basics. We cooked dinner each night, and enjoyed the walkability to the local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The location is fantastic! We enjoyed coffee each morning from the balcony with a pool and gulf view. You are a 3 minute walk away from your feet in the sand with beach service available for chairs and umbrellas. Don't forget having Crabby Steves on property, we ate a late lunch one day and came back to view the sunset. We will definitely be back!

We visited 30A back in 2017 and instantly fell in love with the area. The crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the quaint shops, and the delicious restaurants within walking distance make this one of our favorite vacation spots.

We love that High Pointe Resort has a private beach for its guests, so we never have to worry about the crowds. And having Crabby Steve’s right on the property is such a treat — it’s wonderful to walk up from the beach to grab lunch and a drink, then head right back down to the sand and surf.
