Phoenix Gulf Shores, Unit 1404, is a four-bedroom, three-bath corner condo on the 14th floor with a large, private balcony. The condo sleeps up to 14.

· Living area with balcony access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, Queen sofa sleeper and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite service.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and four-seat breakfast bar.

· Dining area with seating for six. Nearby wet bar has an icemaker and extra cabinet space.

· Gulf-front master bedroom with King-size bed, large flatscreen TV with satellite service and direct balcony access.

· Master bath has an extended two-sink vanity, a jacuzzi tub and a separate tiled walk-in shower.

· Second and third bedrooms with two Queen-size beds in each, the bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and have a shared bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a bathtub and shower combination. The fourth offers a king sized bed and has en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

· Full-size washer and dryer.

· Stunning views from private balcony with a table and six chairs in addition to two chaise lounge chairs.

Phoenix Gulf Shores features a Gulf-front zero-entry outdoor pool, corkscrew waterslide, heated zero-entry indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, outdoor grilling area, and a meeting room. The tennis court atop the six-level parking deck has views of scenic Little Lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and condos.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Amazing stay

This property exceeded what we expected! It was clean and very spacious. This has been our favorite place to stay since we have been coming to Gulf Shores for years. Deff will be staying here again!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our time at the beach! Our grandchildren loved their time together. The water slide was a big hit as was building sandcastles at the beach. Our proximity to beach, pool, shopping and restaurants was perfect! Thank you for helping us make lasting memories! From 15 Happy Hoosiers ❤️

Take me back!

Beautiful condo! This was the ideal location for our two families with small children. The condo was spacious and very convenient with the private access to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool with the slide. We cooked in most nights and utilized the appliances and a lot of the kitchenware that was provided. Our only complaint with the condo was that the indoor pool closes if there are storms in or around the area. It was a let down when the weather didn’t allow for any outdoor activities and we relied on having the indoor pool as an option.

Beautiful Condo/Poor Customer Service

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is a lot bigger in person. My family and I had a wonderful time here. However, upon our arrival, a smoke detector was going off in one of the bedrooms. I contacted the customer service number (Brett-Robinson) and asked if someone could fix it. Within an hour, the maintenance crew called me and told me someone would come out that night to fix it. I asked when and was told, "I don't know. Sometime tonight." That did not happen. At 11 pm, we gave up and moved the mattresses to the living room so my kids could sleep. However, you could hear it throughout the condo, so the first night was MISERABLE. The following day, I was told I needed to wait until someone arrived at the front desk to fix it. You might ask why we didn't take the battery out. Well...it's hard-wired. They sent someone out later that afternoon while we were gone to fix it. The customer service is not top-notch and not very honest. However, after that was fixed, we enjoyed the remainder of our trip. It was just a shame the first night was so bad. Overall, it's a great location, but please don't count on someone quickly handling any issues.

Great stay

We had a great time at this place. Views are even better than advertised. Other than a broken ice machine at the wet bar, which I’m sure will be fixed, our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend. Couldn’t have been more comfortable.
