Nice condo but not luxury as described
The condo was in a GREAT location, but it being described as luxury was a bit false. The carpets were stained, all the bathroom towels were mismatched, the master bedrooms mattress or bed frame was lopsided so you rolled to the right 😂 that totally needs replaced, and the bathroom light didn’t work but thankfully there was a skylight so it was usable during the day. So they really need to change the description to nice condo near the beach. But it was clean and had everything you needed to cook, the appliances were nice.
The condo facility was amazing! They had a pool/hot tub/grill area which was perfect and laid out nicely. A pool room, gym, sauna, plus a dry sauna in the women locker room. The gardens were BEAUTIFUL with a koi fish pond and water falls with gorgeous foliage throughout. There is a separate condo beach access, a putting golf area. All the equipment for the golf and pool room is available to check out at the guard office. There is always a guard wondering the grounds so I always felt comfortable walking around. The laundry room was nice and had a vending machine for laundry soap and dryer sheets and the cost to use the machine was reasonable.
It’s just a short walk to tons of restaurants, the beach, and the pier where the Top Gun house is located. Plus EVERY Thursday Oceanside has a festival with a wide variety of food/sweets and vendors that was amazing!
The location was great but the condo just needed a couple changes like I said.
