Furnished flat for rent in Bordeaux in a very nice stone building with a nice terrace of 20 m²!

Very nice furnished flat of 60 m² located on the 2nd floor without lift.

Location:
You are located in the centre of Bordeaux, close to the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (CAPC), the beautiful quays and along the Garonne river. The tramway B is in front of your flat and allows you to visit this beautiful city at your leisure.

Composition

- an entrance hall with plenty of storage space
- a living room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, internet/wifi and a table for 4 people
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary cooking equipment
- a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and wardrobe
- a shower room with washbasin, cupboard and towel rail
- a separate toilet

The parking space is located in the nearby Cité Mondiale car park.

The flat is equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

## DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €750 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €9.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

Brilliant Stay at this appartment in Bordeau

Ideal location with the tram and bike stations right outside the door. Also walking distance along the lovely port to the very centre of the town. Everything was very clean and spacious - Plenty of room.

This was the seond year we have stayed in the apartment, and we do find it has what we need and is very conveniently placed for getting into the old town and the Bacalan market.

Great apartment in lovely location

Stylish, well furnished flat. Large airy lounge and comfortable bedroom. Chartrons 'village' is calm and quieter than Bordeaux centre, yet you are only 10 minute walk away from the centre or there is a tram stop outside the front door.

Ficámos num apartamento com um terraço com sem vista, pouco interessante. Os compartimentos estão mal insonorizados, ouve-se tudo entre o quarto, WC, duche e sala. Foram as únicas coisas menos agradável. A casa está muito bem localizada, tem uma boa área e está bem equipado.
