We enjoyed our stay and the property looked just like the pictures. The host was quick to respond to all my questions and the place was clean. We loved the location and the view of the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was very nice. Grandson gives it a 4.6. Amenities were very nice with pool and hot tub below and gulf in view from balcony. Only problem was ice maker in fridge couldn't keep up. Cond layout was spacious. Many restaurants near by.

Great location. They have beach towels for use, but we had our own. The unit was clean, beds were comfy. It's a first floor unit above a garage, so it was great not having anyone below, and the walk to pool/ beach was so short it was great; we didn't bring a lot of stuff down because we could run back up for snacks, and the parking spots are right there next to pool gate which was perfect to leave stuff. Pool was clean. As with most rentals for kitchen items they had the basics. We cooked majority of our meals but only recommendation would be to include a large pot; we didn't find one to cook our own crab legs so we went out for those. We booked over a holiday, so beach was busy the weekend, but not bad during week.

Oceanfront gem was in a great location! Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. I could sit on the balcony and look for dolphins in the ocean. Our covered parking spots were in the best location, it allowed us to store our beach chairs in our truck going to and from the beach. The condo unit was ideal with all the needed rooms and space. Having a washer and dryer that worked well was a bonus. The siting room was comfortable and it was great having the kitchen table and bar seating. The beds were comfortable. There was no lack of hot water with 4 of us. The keyless entry was perfect, no worries of carrying and possibly losing keys/card. Unfortunately, the overall property needs a lot of work. I heard there are plans for property improvements in fall of 2026. Renovations of the property has me considering renting here again. This unit is on the first floor with tenants above. The pool and hot tub were tended to daily and professionally. The restaurants we walked to were Guppy’s, Beach Waves Grill, and Cafe de Paris and all three were ones I would revisit. Casago was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you.

Great place

We have stayed at this property 3 times. This is the 1st time in unit 10. It was perfect for our family of 6. Clean, nicely updated and a great location. We would stay here again.

Beautiful views and a beautiful place!

The gulf view was amazing and the unit was wonderful. It had everything one would need for your vacation. The building is quaint in size which we really enjoyed. We ate at Guppies several times, the food was amazing. We will be back.

all the ingredients for relaxing

This condo is tastefully decorated with a well-outfitted kitchen and plenty of space. Our group of four friends enjoyed both socializing together and quiet time alone. Great location with easy access to really good restaurants.

From the view, to the area and place itself, it was perfect. Ever larger than pictures portray, our family had plenty of room to spread out or gather together when we wanted.

We loved it! Nice condo and great location.

The condo was very nice, right on the beach, overlooking the pool. It was furnished very nicely and we had all the amenities we needed for our week's stay. It was very clean and fairly well maintained. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking out at the ocean, especially the sunsets! Several restaurants were within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and want to go back.

Heaven!

The condo was everything and more we hoped for. Stocked better than any other place we have stayed. Unit appeared New! Very clean, and the location on the beach and balcony was awesome. Love the laid back feel of Indian Rocks and we would return in a heartbeat!

Great Beach Vacation!

Everything was clean and comfortable and well stocked for our family of five. Condo looks recently updated and new- just as pictured online. Location was excellent. Your toes hit the sand in a few steps from the pool area! Pool was clean and well maintained. The one issue we had was quickly corrected by management. We would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommended!

Great location, nice and updated decor, a very well stocked rental! Easy check-in. All cooking/ grilling, pool and beach play needs were provided. Top place for sunsets! Only 4-star for cleanliness as it could use some deep cleaning ...the common hallway, bed coverlets and windows come to mind. Not enough to stop me, will surely come back!
