Our check in was very easy. We had quick and welcoming messages and responses from our Host and the price was great. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The place met our needs for a family of 7. The accuracy of the pictures and where we stayed were not quite there. Also, there were only 2 bathrooms. There was a Jack and Jill style sink outside of one of the bathrooms, but no toilet( which I guess was the .5). Super close to downtown. Again it met our needs, would stay here again.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay in Kanab. It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay for the night too break up our long drive. The place was clean and wonderful!

Great place to stay!

Everything was great! Clean place and easy access. Wish we had access to the pool and gym, but other than that I would recommend staying there and hopefully we'll be back!

First off, I’ll start by saying, I’m not sure that I ever really texted with the owner of this property. All correspondence seemed to be through AI. Furthermore, my husband and I arrived roughly 15 minutes early and asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. “The owner” responded that the cleaning crew needed all the time they could get to make sure the unit was properly cleaned. We completely understood this and decided to drive around the town for a while as check in wasn’t technically until 4pm. At 4pm we returned to the vicinity of the property waiting for further instructions from the property owner. Finally, at 4:30, 30 minutes after the posted check in time, we received instructions on how to access the property. After entering, it was apparent that no cleaning had been done to this property as there were overflowing trash cans in the kitchen, dirty floors and countertops, as well as an odor in the property which turned out to be soiled diapers in the bathroom trash cans. It was also evident that the bedding had not been cleaned as the beds were not made. I reached out to “the owner” regarding these issues and didn’t get any response with the exception of a “we hope you’re enjoying your stay” message the following day. I understand that we live in an imperfect world but when you’re on the road for hours and you arrive at a property to relax and then need to clean the property and do multiple loads of laundry to feel comfortable, there are certainly issues

Comfortable and perfect for a family!

We had a great stay at this property! It had everything we needed for our family including comfortable mattresses and bedding! Everything was spotless. Carpets were brand new. Kitchen contained all the pots, pans, and essentials needed to eat in for some meals. It worked out great for our 4 night stay. Check In/Out was a breeze and communication with the property manager was good too!

Great location for Zion, Bryce

We enjoyed our 3-night stay with 2 kids and a dog. Nice fenced patio to hang out. Great location and cute little town with good restaurants to choose from. Easy access to Zion and Bryce!
