This 1st Floor Mainsail unit offers views of the Gulf from a private patio and access to a private 15-acre beachfront. Daily beach service for 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas is included (seasonally) with this unit. The patio is accessed from the living room and master bedroom with steps down to the ground level for easy access to the beach, pool, gym, and tennis courts. The spacious living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, wet bar, and patio access. The kitchen is fully furnished and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and bar seating for 4. The dining room table can accommodate 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, patio access, a desk, and TV with a master bath that includes a newly-tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and TV. For your convenience, the unit has a full size washer and dryer. While elevator access is available, this unit is always just one quick flight of stairs away from the parking level.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Mainsail and would definitely stay there again. The condo was super comfortable and perfect for our family of four. Access to the beach was so easy, and the view from the condo was beautiful! The host was very responsive, and we highly recommend staying here!

Weeklong stay at Mainsail

The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I, plus our two children ages 13 and 10. The condo pictures were accurate and everything was neat and clean. The walkout to the pool and beach was also very convenient. Checking in was very easy and we had communication with the property owner well in advance and were even able to check in four hours early.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable! It had everything we needed. The master bed was very comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

This condo was wonderful and the listing is exactly as it says. It was clean, had fully stocked kitchen for cooking and also the walk out deck was nice. Jennifer was always quick to respond to our questions and I can see why people stay here repeatedly! If we are ever in the area again we’d love to stay at Jennifer’s place.

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful and comes equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen! Property is so nice and we loved the grill and pool area. Chair and umbrella service included is the icing on the cake on the most perfect beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay!

We have stayed at this complex for 6 years and always have a great experience. We really enjoyed the location of this unit as we had access to the steps leading to the beach and still had a view of the beautiful gulf water. We had our 2 teenage boys and their 2 friends and this unit was perfect. The host was super informative and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!

Another great stay

This was our 3rd straight year in Jennifers condo and we could not be more happy with our stay. Everything is in as good or better shape from our first stay. Check In and commication with Jennifer is very easy. We love the stair access to pool and beach the most. An underated pro is the ice maker! Our family will look no further for a place to stay in Destin.

Great week

This was our 4th year at mainsail and our favorite property yet. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. The property was very clean and looks recently updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. And we loved the proximity to the pool for the kids and direct access from the balcony. We hope to stay here again next time.

The sequel

This was our familys second year in a row at this property. We loved it last year and didn't disappoint again. Everything is in as good or better conditions. Perfect fit for our family of 6. Perfect location to pool and the direct access from patio is big deal for us. With hope to be back again and will look no where else.

Loved the propoerty

I hope to book again ASAP. We loved it, I had a little trouble with the door as I couldn't get it to shut after 10- we actually left at 10:05 probably should have saved your cell so I could have called you. We only had a hard time b/c the stairs were closed and the elevator was full as we were trying to leave. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to strip the bed but, I did put all towells in washer, and the guest room was never slept in. I hope you are not booked for the summer we would like to come back late july or august or september. I will highly recommend your unit to friends. Ty very much we only wished we could have stayed one more day! But, loved everything about it .

Beach vacation

Very good condo for a family, enjoyed my stay and everything was perfect we had very close access to the beach. Only negative was that there was utensils not washed properly and items left behind from previous guests . Other than that it was very good

Family Vaca

Condo location in Mainsail was excellent. As mentioned by others easy access to beach with a 2 minute walk. Private stairs up to your deck for easy access to patio. Also, a stones throw from parking and the pool. Pictures don't give the view justice. It's not beach front and only a few of Mainsail units are but still a nice view of the water from the deck and den! Parking for guests is under the tennis courts so it's covered. Another nice perk with the FL sun.

Great Conveniences

This unit was just steps from the beach and across from the Outlet Mall. It had everything we needed for our stay, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The owner must have given a lot of thought to what vacationers need for simple conveniences. There were plugs arranged for phones and iPods, outdoor seating for dinner and storage and hooks, etc.

Great place for pool/beach access

I was so happy every day going to the beach that we had our own stairway! Made everything easier, especially coming back from the beach multiple times a day with 3 young children. Having beach chairs included with rental is a huge plus as well. Space and rooms were great. Jennifer helped us with extending our stay when Fred came through and all flights were cancelled. I did give a nudge that the cleaning crew was not up to par - I know this is difficult to manage so hopefully the feedback helps for improvement going forward. The condo has great amenities- we didn’t even get to use them all. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was as pictured and had even better ocean views than I expected. Super convenient walk out from balcony to both pool and beach... and the elevator is directly in front of the door. Jennifer was super responsive to all my questions and accommodated us so well. We look forward to coming back next summer.

Loved it!

We have stayed at Mainsail before, but usually on a higher floor. I was concerned about how the view would be, but was delighted with how it turned out. The view was great! I enjoyed eating my breakfast or reading my book on the balcony with the view of the gulf! I feel like the pictures didn't do the view justice. The unit is very nice and we really enjoyed being able to walk out from our unit and directly to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again! Jennifer was so easy to work with and even provided her cell phone number if we had any issues. In a time where owners/property managers have been canceling bookings in order to get more money from renters, I very much appreciated the host honoring their longstanding reservations rather than basically opening it up to the highest bidder how some have done.

The perfect vacation.

The apartment was great, clean, confortable, 1st floor what means less waiting time in the elevator, easy access to the beach and the swimming pool from the the balcony in the front. Kitchen with everything you need to cook as if you were at your home. It is also important to remark that the rent includes two chairs and umbrella that is very convenient, Overall a perfect stay in a beautiful place in a beautiful beach.
