The Space:
Welcome to Hap's Holiday at Mainsail, Unit #277. Your luxurious coastal escape on the 7th floor boasts sweeping views of the Gulf. This stylish condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Planning a beach day? You won't need a golf cart at Hap's Holiday. Mainsail's private beach right out front offers easy access to pristine white sands, and from March 1st to October 31st, you'll have complimentary use of two beach chairs and an umbrella to relax in style - all set up for you by our friendly beach attendants, of course.
Step inside to find the first bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed with sumptuous new linens. You'll also find generous closet space. A private bathroom with sleek gray tiles and a modern walk-in shower that exudes spa-like serenity.
As you move further inside, the beautifully appointed kitchen awaits, equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Don't feel like cooking after a day at the beach? Hap's Holiday is close to many restaurants of varying cuisines! A washer and dryer are tucked away in the back of the kitchen for added convenience.
Next, the dining area boasts a stylish new table which seats six comfortably. Additionally, there is seating for four at the counter. All of this provides an elegant space for meals, laughter, and memory-making.
The dining area spills into a large, open, and tastefully decorated living room containing luxurious seating for six, plenty of table space, and a large smart TV for your entertaining pleasure. If that's not enough, the living area is flanked by a floor-to-ceiling window and large glass sliders offering panoramic Gulf views and easy access to the private balcony.
The spacious Master Bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with all new bedding. It's complimented with a full-size dresser and another large smart TV for your enjoyment. you'll also find ample closet space and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower.
In addition to the ready beach access, you'll have full access to Mainsail's amenities, including a sparkling community pool, large hot tub, and fitness center. Whether you're lounging by the pool or enjoying a day at the beach, you win either way. Parking is $50 per vehicle (up to two cars) - please confirm the number of vehicles with the management company before you stay.
The lawyers insist we tell you this stuff (none of it's fun):
1. Check-in time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. CST. In only the rarest of instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed; however, no discounts will be offered. Guests arriving later than 5:00 p.m. should make late arrival arrangements by telephone prior to arrival.
2. Check-out time. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. CST. Failure to timely depart will result in a $100 fee if not approved by the manager at least 1 day prior to your check-out date.
3. Advance reservation payment. Advance reservation payment will be required to confirm your reservation. Payment must be received within 3 days of making the reservation. Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, or personal check. All funds must be drawn from a U.S. bank. Your reservation deposit will be applied to your balance due prior to your arrival date. Any balance due shall be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in the forfeiture of all payments and eviction.
4. Age requirement. This property shall not be rented to anyone under the age of 25. If found renting underage, eviction will occur with no refund of any payments. In the unlikely event an under-25 guest is approved for rental, a $500 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded only if no damages are found. Regardless of a guest's age, if damages are found after check-out, the guest will be prosecuted criminally.
5. Rent and Taxes.:(currently 13%). Rates advertised on our platforms do not include taxes. Please contact manager with questions.
6. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $500 will be applied to all cancelled reservations. Your advance reservation payment will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee. You must notify us of your cancellation at least sixty (60) days before your original arrival date. For monthly rentals, a ninety (90) day notice is required. Failure to follow these time limits will result in the forfeiture of your advance reservation payment.
7. Trash Removal: Utilizing properly secured garbage bags, please use the trash chute which is located on each floor by the elevators. The trash chute should not be used for loosing trash or oversized items. Any oversized or bulky items should be placed in the proper trash bins.
8. Pets: Pets are strictly forbidden. Having a pet in a property will result in immediate eviction without a refund of any payments. Service animals are allowed, but an additional $2,000 non-refundable payment is required, regardless of the length of stay.
9. Advance Reservations: We accept reservations up to one year in advance. We can confirm reservations for a future date, but we cannot confirm or guarantee rates for dates beyond the current published rental rates. Rates are subject to change.
10. Housekeeping: All rentals are charged a housekeeping fee. The property will be stocked with a starter kit that includes:
(2) trash bags
(1) toilet paper roll per bathroom
(1) paper towel roll
(4) laundry pods
(1) hand soap
(4) dishwasher pods
Linens for the beds: All linens are provided for each bed.
Beach Towels: We do not supply beach towels, please bring your own.
Please do not leave beach chairs, boogie boards, or beach toys behind. Please thoroughly rinse these items prior to bringing them inside.
11. Furniture and Linen: Please do not remove any linens, such as bed linen, towels, or blankets, from the property. Additionally, do not rearrange the furniture. If any items are missing or misplaced, there will be an additional charge.
12. Severe Weather: There will be no refunds due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather will not warrant refund of any type. Hurricane Policy: If beaches are closed, we do not refund any monies applied to the reservation. We will only refund unused days in the event of a MANDATORY evacuation in our area. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance to protect the reservation.
13. Security Deposit Refunds: Security deposit refund will be made within 21 days of check-out and will be refunded in the same format which it was paid. The Property Manager will complete a walk-through and note clearly if for some reason a deduction is required from your refund.
14. Smoking and vaping: Smoking and vaping of any kind (or substance) are strictly forbidden anywhere in the Mainsail resort, not only for the sake of the property, but also for your health. If any evidence of smoking or vaping are discovered, you will be charged for all costs to deodorize, clean, and/or renovate any and all damaged items.
15. Maximum number of Guests: The allowable occupancy for the rental is based on the following sleeping arrangements:
*2 persons per bedroom
*2 persons per sleeper sofa
Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments.
16. No Subletting: The rental property SHALL NOT be sublet. Your reservation is not transferable. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions will result in no refund.
17. Rates: Published rental rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct rates that may have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error.
18. Payment of Rent: Please refer to the Airbnb app for information about your payments. We do not collect or charge your CC as we do not have this information on file. For all questions about payment please contact Airbnb support.
19. No underage drinking: If we are made aware of underage drinking, we will be forced to evict the group from the premises. Both your security deposit and rent will be forfeited.
20. Maintenance: During your stay, promptly report any maintenance issues. Please do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C or heaters are operating. Call the property manager on duty.
21. Security of Personal Property: We are not responsible for any acts of theft or vandalism. We are not responsible for damage to any personal property and/or for any personal items left by a guest in the accommodation at departure. If an item is found, we will contact you for shipping fees.
22. Owner's Property: We respectfully request that you remember you are staying in someone's home during your vacation. Please treat it with care and leave it in good condition at checkout.
23. Property Rules and Regulations: Please observe all rules and regulations governing the use of the property you are occupying. These rules apply to both owners and guests and failure to comply can result in eviction with no refund.
