I love hosting! A modern style and freshly renovated large townhouse in Panama City Beach with ocean crystal clear water across the street. The townhouse features a king size bed and a Queen bunkbed with a twin bed on top. Rollaway bed, the loveseat lets down to a bed, fast and free unlimited 40mb WiFi speed and a 50inch smart TV in the living room.. TV's in each bedroom ( Two Bedrooms). We basically tore it down to the walls and floor and then rebuilt it with functionality and design in mind. The result was a crisp all white modern that provides everything you need for a relaxing and romantic beach holiday in the Panhandle of Florida.

We are excited to share our place with you. Please take care of our townhouse as if it were yours. We spent almost a year working on it.
Put sheets in the washer and start , dishes in dishwasher, towels in shower. Make sure all beach Chairs and toys are in the box on the front porch .
Please keep doors closed. Leave the ac on 70 or above when you leave.

a great time!!

we loved our stay here!! perfect location, very clean, and lots of space! very easy to get to and literally right across the street from the beach. also loved that you don’t have to report to anyone for check in, you just go right to the condo and the two parking spots are right in front of the door, and you don’t have to keep up with any parking passes which is nice. we had no problems and will definitely be staying here again! :)

Thank you so much for deciding to stay at our Townhome! We live in Nashville . We love this area and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!

We love spending time with our Dogs, Sophie and Charlie and we are both outdoors .enthusiasts. Even though we both have full-time day jobs, (Realtor and contractor) we are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We just love the beach. We spent almost 5 years looking in the area. Now our dream came true .We spent almost a year remolding this townhouse. We love that it is across the street from the beach. You can walk to restaurants and gift shops. We are close to 30A. we are only 15 minutes from the airport. Peri Park is only 2 miles away.

We fell in love with this home because it's so close to the beach! We love that the community is small. There is two parking spaces right at the front door. There is a nice private small back yard with a table and chairs. There are balconies off each bedroom. This is not a condo it's a townhouse.
