Brand new construction. Studio apartment on top of a two car garage in Downtown Orlando’s Milk district. The area between the Main House and Studio may potentially be shared. This would include the hot tub. and grill. It is very rare to share the space but I wanted to inform you that this might be a possibility. Walking distance to almost everything. There is no guest parking on the property. This is downtown Orlando. There is plenty of street parking directly in front of house. There is also a parking lot across the street with over 50 spots available. There is a camera on the front of the house pointed at parking areas for extra security.
