NEWLY RENOVATED! First floor 1-bedroom condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This studio has a one-bedroom feel with the hard wall separating the living area from the bedroom space. Includes a full kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, one bathroom, king bed in the bedroom and a wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. This unit offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 101 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

The condo was well appointed, roomy for 2 and convenient to most areas, especially the Snowmass Mall. Other restaurants, shops, gondolas etc were a little further down the mountain, but certainly not inconvenient. It was just a short drive to garage parking for the main Snowmass Area, or a nice walk. Going back is uphill, not terrible, but uphill. Plenty of transportation if desired.

Very good location, able to walk to Snowmass mall in 3-5 min. Clean. Able to check in early. 15 min drive to Aspen.

Short Stay

This was a very cute little place to stay/visit. Bummed a lot was closed for the season, but also made it very relaxing around the condominiums. There as a ticking noise that would happen pretty often that would wake us up in the middle of the night that was probably the most inconvenient part of our whole trip.

Close to slopes

Close to slopes. Clean and everything you need except an in room washer and dryer. The bathroom is very small. The kitchen is well stocked. The staff is awesome.

Great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was such a convenient location. Very close to everything! They provided a fan, heater, sound machine, blow dryer, extra blankets and pillows. It was very cozy. I did find it would get a little stuffy with the heater on. But honestly compared to all the positives, that doesn’t really matter.
