Close & centrally located between Downtown Manteo and the beaches of Nags Head. Historic Manteo is full of local shops and some of the best restaurants, with the Aquarium, Elizabethan Gardens, and Festival Park as some of the main attractions. If you don't want to drive, just down the marina is the on-site restaurant, Blue Water Grill & Mimi's Tiki Hut, along with the Ship Store for anything you might need. Pirate's Cove has miles of lighted docks around the community for walking, running, fishing & crabbing. Do you want to bring your boat as well? A slip can be rented from the marina or rental office depending on the size! There are plenty of neighborhood amenities as well: community pool, tennis courts, fitness center, outdoor pavilion, and basketball/volleyball courts.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Check-in and out must occur on Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Marina-front Master holds a King bed with jetted tub and stand-up shower in the private bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with private entrance to hall bathroom. Final bedroom holds two Twin beds with private en-suite bathroom. The condo has parking for up to 2 vehicles (one spot covered) and elevator for ease of access. Boat and jet-ski trailer must be stored off-site. No smoking or pets allowed in the property. Keurig Coffee maker in the kitchen. New pictures of furnished deck coming soon!
