Gather your family and friends for the ultimate waterfront getaway. Boasting 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and incredible outdoor living spaces, this lakefront retreat is perfectly designed for large groups, family reunions, or multi-family vacations. Whether you're sipping coffee on the expansive upper deck while watching the deer, or hosting a ping-pong tournament in the covered downstairs game area, "Lake It Easy" lives up to its name.

With plenty of room to spread out, our home offers the perfect balance of private comfort and open-concept gathering spaces.

• Living & Dining: A bright, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for a crowd, opening up to a comfortable living area with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning to keep you cool after a day in the Texas sun.

• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 5 generous bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Features 1 King suite, 3 Queen rooms, and a bunk room perfect for the kids!

The real magic happens outside! We’ve designed our exterior spaces to maximize your time on the water:
• The Upper Deck: A large, elevated outdoor space with plenty of seating. It’s the perfect spot for sunset cocktails, grilling, and watching local wildlife.

We loved the big kitchen we are all cooks and it made it so easy. The kitchen was so beautiful and we had everything we needed. We had our rehearsal dinner there and the placement of the living room made it so easy to stay close to each other.

Wonderful stay!

We were a family of 8 adults and 5 kids. Had an amazing time! Plenty enough room for all of us. Had so many things to do at the house that we spent days just hanging out. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. We loved our stay so much we planning to book again next year.

Great Stay on the Lake

We love the home! Our favorite was the large kitchen and family den! We had a large group and were cooking for many and it made it so easy for us to do that and enjoy eachothers company! The deck and yard were also a great place for the kids to run around. We hope to come back!

This was a wonderful has in the best location. Able to hang out down in the water. Beautiful home

Great family trip, great home, river access to hang and kayak, fire pit and games to play out side an inside. Comfortable beds and sheets were so soft! We loved this house and would defiantly book again :)

Amazing place

We enjoyed our family trip. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The host was very good with communication, during a storm we lost the Internet and they were very quick to call the Internet provider and get someone out to the house to fix the Internet. I would definitely stay again at this house.

weekend at schlitterbahn and on the river

We loved this house. The kitchen and family were large enough for all of us to be together and lots of games. The decks and outdoor seating was so great. The bedrooms were great and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table too. We will definitely come back to stay. It was farther from town that we had stayed in the past but not too far, so it was perfect. It was really great to not be in the traffic. And the peacefulness of the outdoors and river and view was awesome.

Family and friends vacation

Beautiful amazing home our stay was great, it accommodated a large group of people we had an amazing time with family and friends. River was perfect for fishing kayaking and swimming we had an amazing outdoor cookouts in back porch balcony. Thank you to the owners they were very quick to respond to our questions, we had an amazing time. Totally recommend to stay here .

River Days

Three moms bravely took a group of graduated seniors to spend some time on the lake and river in New Braunfels. We enjoyed the property and amenities and were about 20 minutes from Schlitterbahn, Texas Tubes, Gruene, and other favorite NB spots.

Great river house

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is huge and it was well stocked. The 12 of us (8 adults and 4 children, aged 6 and under) had plenty of room. We had a great time playing in the river. For small children, it was nice that there was a gate on the deck and also one down by the dock. Great for families!

Great place for family fun!

Perfect in every way! Lots of things to do, lots of river tools, floats, etc. lots of seating for everyone inside and out. Kitchen stocked with utensils, serving, appliances and cooking containers. Thanks for a great place for memories. Definitely would return.

"Lake It Easy" was TRUE to its name!

The hosts answered all our inquiries and we had plenty of room for the ten of us. It was clean and decorated so nice and there was plenty for us to do - young and old. Keep in mind there are stairs front and back for us older folks, but we felt sooo at home there! We would highly recommend it to others and would go back again! Had so much fun!

Awesome property

House was very nice. There were 13 in our family and we had lots of room and amenities. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking my coffee in the mornings. Very quite and peaceful. Owners did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Family Vacation

The only reason I put only 4 stars on cleanliness was because every chair, rail, rack, etc. outdoors was covered in cobwebs. But I still highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time.

More than we were expecting

The house’s amenities were beyond what we were expecting. They practically give their home to you. Location was great as well. Even though the damn was getting repaired, water was still flowing, which was definitely a plus.

Amazing!!!!

We had an amazing vacation! Swimming in the river, kayaking, floating, catching fire flies, fishing and playing games kept all of the adults and kids entertained. We had plans to go to SanAntonio for the day... but after seeing and enjoying the house we decided to just enjoy our coffee on the amazing deck in the morning, drink margaritas in the river during the afternoon, and wine by the fire pit in the evening while the kids had s’mores. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was an absolute dream! I can’t wait to go back!!!
