ティキロッジは、ティキオンザグアドの最大の住宅です。 大規模な集まりに最適です。 各ロッジは、3ベッド/ 3バス、2台のガレージ、フルキッチン、ランドリールーム、布団です。 カスタムロープ照明がプライベートバルコニーと屋外エリアを囲んでいます。

グアダルーペのティキにあるすべてのユニットは、ユニークな川沿いと共有エリアを共有しています。 川には、コンクリートの隔壁を備えたカスタムの石造りのパティオが私たちの所有地の長さの前にあります。 川に降りる椅子と階段を備えたこの間口は、川の他の場所とは異なります。

パティオのすぐ上には、ファイアピット、グリルエリア、屋外フラットスクリーンテレビ、ハンモック椅子、屋外スピーカー、屋外パティオ家具などが含まれる2層の共通エリアがあります。

A GREAT STAY

We loved this house and hope to make it back! We were on a trip for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. The house was very nice and the amenities right out the back door made it wonderful! We stayed in October so the river was a little too cold to float but it sure was beautiful! The only negative I have is the home could have been cleaned a little better before our stay but its okay,

Great Place

This place was awesome especially for our group some wanted to float the entire river and some just wanted to float in front of the house! There was plenty of room inside and out for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Great house on the river

The rental property was fantastic- clean and beautiful. Lots of room to sleep with plenty of amenities. Our only complaint had to do with loud, drunk obnoxious neighbors but when staying on the river….it is half expected. We had just hoped with all the contracts they make you sign, people might actually follow them. So, beware if you have children. Great property though.

Great Hill Country Vacation

The tiki lodge made the check in process easy. There was not enough parking for my group at the lodge but the property manager was very accommodating and helped me figure out a way to make it work. Very good experience. Would stay here again.

We had a good time. There were a couple of disappointments. There were not sufficient blankets for all the beds. There was a glass bowl of rotten fruit in the kitchen for decoration. The music from the bar across the street was very loud when we were trying to sleep, but did quiet by about midnight each night.

Amazing!

Please read all!! Only 2 things that were negative (and they are not that bad) don’t plan on having wifi or service (cuts in and out) you can walk up to office and get service if you absolutely need to BUT it kept the teenagers off their phones. And the septic will sometimes smell up the place, owner does warn of that but if you just outside for a little while, it gets better really quick. BUT!!! Everything else is AWESOME!!! Easy access to river, just walk down steps into river, perfect spot, I was able to sit back and watch the kids 8 & 11 paddle around on kayaks and not worry, we drove up river about 5 miles, paid to park, and floated down river and got out at the house, so convenient! Across from the property was big hill, dad and kids actually went exploring and saw wild goats and a baby goat!! House was very spacious, plenty of room for everybody, when I booked I was hesitant about the “common area” but it was great, plenty of room for everyone, this is a great place to stay and we would love to come again!! Amazing Family Vacation!!

Great Location!

Overall we had a great time. There were some loud neighbors late at night but some feedback we got from other renters was that this is a weekend party rental, which we didn't know. Might not be great for families with kids on weekends.

Awesome stay on the river!

The house was perfect for our group of 16. The local tube rental company even picked us up from the house and dropped us off up river. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful House with beautiful views of the river

Our family really enjoyed staying at Tiki Lodge #2. It was cozy and comfortable for everyone. The fire pit was a hit each night. The large island in the kitchen was the gathering place. The only thing that could have been amazing is a double oven just because we had so many sides to cook but it worked out and a bigger TV in the living room would have been great. Other than that the house and area are just what we needed for our Thanksgiving.

Amazing house right on the RIVER!

“Great place to stay if you want to be on the river! The house was super spacious! Across the street there is a local bar that has live bands at night. Super convenient! If you want to rent tubes, there is a spot next door to rent them. Basically, the house was amazing and location was great!”

We had a great time and enjoyed the house! Thank you so much. The river was amazing right down the walk way!!! Perfect level for kids to play and not worry too much about depth since the deepest part during out stay was 3ft. We just sat in our chairs and sat back and had a blast!!!!

Very nice house and great environment!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped and slept our family wonderfully. The floors could have been cleaner. Found an area around a futon that previous guest must have spilled something. It was very sticky and had to clean it up. Other than that we loved it.

Staff Retreat

Was a great stay, everything was clean and in order. The river was relaxing. Wifi and cell service was non-existent so that is great for bonding time, not awesome if you need to connect to anyone outside of the Tiki Village. My group had a great time. I would pay attention to the sleeping situation. It has 3 beds and 5 futons. We were a group of 13 men, men that don't share futons with other men. So plan accordingly. I would stay here again.

Great Place

We had a great time at the tiki lodge! There was a lot of us in our group and plenty of room for all of us. There was a lot for us to do on the property. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay for the entire family

We stayed in Tiki lodge #1. The entire area is great and right on the river which is very convenient. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all and there was absolutely no service the only way you can get Wi-Fi is to walk to the business center which is about a good minute walk nothing too bad but it does not reach the house at all. There was also a sulfur smell at times but nothing too bad and it would go away after a while overall the stay was great and the house was very clean it has everything you need. we took our own tubes and drove to the Gilligan's Island for a $20 parking fee and $3 per person fee to ride our tubes down to the house which was about a good 3-hour ride.
